Always a great place. Food is always good. We get sandwiches here once a week through Door Dash. They are quick and food is always the best.

I just paid $29 for this sub. It arrives with just ham, turkey and little cheese. No bacon or other. Looks so sad! I called the Kernersville store and have been on hold over 20 minutes so far!! Finally, hung up. The 3rd picture is what it should look like.

The subs are so good, and I have never had any problems with Jersey Mike’s and my portion until today. Come on, Jersey Mike’s, get it together. I expect this from another establishment, but not you guys. I ordered two giant subs with extra meat, and my bread isn’t even covered with meat. I don’t even see the extra meat at a $5.00 cost on each sub. It will be a while now before I go back because 50.00 for two subs and you adding extra meat and not getting is too much. My subs did not even hardly have meat on them. If you get extra on your subs, make sure you are standing in the establishment and don’t order extra toppings online. This is the second time they have done this so we all stop ordering even my cowoker is at the VA Clinic.

The poor management and organization overshadows the excellent sandwiches. The leadership at this location has yet to figure out how to balance online orders with in-store orders. Online customers routinely wait to pick up their orders while in-store customers walk in, order their food, and receive their food well before the orders from the app are satisfied. I have personally had in-store customers walk-in while I was waiting AND FINISH THEIR MEAL before I received my food.
I rate the atmosphere at 2 stars because the store is small and, at busy times, filled with frustrated customers.

Food is always good, service has been declining due to them doing call in and online orders. The customers standing in line have to wait for them to do online orders. I’ve had to wait over 10 minutes for them to start my order.

Placed online order at 1:21 pm. Placed online in order to pick up, in and out, and not having to wait in store since five months into a pandemic and they’re still not offering curbside pickup. Order was ready at 2:16. They never began preparing it until 10 minutes after I walked in at 1:50. Ten minutes after standing there someone finally asked me what I needed and that’s when they began preparing my two sandwiches. 55 minutes for 2 sandwiches.
Woman preparing sandwiches wasn’t wearing her face mask over her nose. She then pulled it down to holler at another employee. I had already paid for the sandwiches online and had to toss them due to employees not complying with the Govenors mask mandate. I even tipped. What a disgrace.

The subs are delicious but I’m consistently disappointed by the speed of service in this location. Pick up orders are not handled in a reasonable time frame and employees are unconcerned about the wait time. If you don’t mind waiting a really long time for your food, it is the best tasting sub I know of in the area, but you’d better give them 40 min or more to make it. 🙁 Next time we’re hungry we’ll go to Jimmy Johns!
