It’s time to stop . I’ve been going to this place for years and i can’t understand why I spend my hard earned money for this cup of ice and 3oz of coffee. The big companies are getting greedy and they have the nerve to add a tip option when we pay
They pay their employees minimum wages and ask us to tip when there profits are through the roof.the other thing that gets me is I go every morning then around 9am I get a text or email about a discount or perk of the day so you expect me to go back and purchase more.

We’ve popped into this Caribou location a few times for a coffee and a place to read. Very comfortable seating area, and tables in case you need to work. The coffee is prepared and served quickly, and it was great to see good rapport between the employees as they were working! Excellent quality and excellent service!

I had a green tea matcha and bagel. This is one of the top Caribou locations in the nation that I find myself at often! The staff are always super friendly and helpful with drinks made fast and delicious. The professor gives this store, the chain and the staff here an A+ !

Esther is the best barista. She should get a raise. The strawberry pineapple energy drink is yummy. I highly recommend it. Campfire mocha is by far there best. And since Esther’s not there anymore, she’s no longer the best barista.

It was a great experience just wished the old system was back saying the points towards the customer but change happens and I respect that it’s private. But I’d recommend you show the points at receipt. “Here is your receipt your points are shown there sir” because not everyone can pull up the caribou app during the interaction.
But I can see where if they lose the receipt someone might pick it up and try to steal it. Blah idk
