Me and my daughter tried this for the first time and it was amazing! Great service, love the build-your-own burger option, and the food was fast and hot! We met one of the owners and he was great! He also went above and beyond when one of the games didn’t give me one of the items I won! He called the owner of the machine and within minutes the guy was there and gave me the item from the machine! Definitely will go back!

First visit to Do Shaggy’s was 5/5 stars. I had the Shaggy OG and onion rings. Burger was great, it was a double cheeseburger, grilled onions, pickles, and Shaggy sauce. I love homemade onion rings, and these were really good ones. Others had mushroom n’ Swiss, Frisco melt, fries, side Caesar salad…everyone really enjoyed their meal.

This place is really good. A solid burger with fantastic fries and a shake. The burger has a soft kind of greasy nostalgic bun that just hits the spot. If you want a classic burger and fantastic fries, I highly recommend this spot!

Do Shaggy’s vibes are straight out of the 90’s. The tvs playing 90’s cartoons and skating competitions cannot be beat as well as the music that brought life back into “just a burger shop” The Shaggy’s OG burger was like biting into a freshly cooked piece of meat heaven. The onion rings were delightfully similar to a donut consistency with a perfectly tender onion in the center. My onion rings tasted as if they were a treat after my meal with how perfect they were. The fries can only be described as the crispiest orange tinged fries that will clog your arteries, but in a good way. The Fryd chicken was good, could have used a bit more mayo but had a delicious consistency compared to many chicken sandwiches of the past with subpar fried coating. Food arrived quickly and the staff was nice. Overall 5/5 because the vibes were immaculate.

Burgers are tasty and come out fast and fresh. Volume on the speakers was a little loud, but nothing terrible. Overall I enjoyed visiting and will be back! Kudos to the staff for being so upbeat and outgoing!

First time in tonight it had a healthy amount of people dining so we knew we were in for a treat. Food was awesome! My son had the burger and it was bigger than expected definitely worth the price. He didn’t even want to try anything else on the table because he was elbow deep in food frenzy on that thing! I asked the man at the counter what he suggested. The philly cheese steak was slap yo mama good!!!! The string on that cheese made my inner 90’s kid so happy! There is nothing like watching TMNT while grubbing down on deliciousness!!! The atmosphere was cool, a total vibe for all ages. Definitely will be back! Coolest crew. What a great addition to our city!

Have Tried this place 3 times. Out of those 3 times, one time i was missing items and the 2nd my order was not accurate. things happen. I ignored the missing item. however when i ordered delivery and i get it and Plain suddenly becomes fully loaded, missing burger patty added bacon. I’m sort of done, especially when the receipt on the bag shows what i ordered. I called the store and got a girl who seemed high. I advised of the issue and got told to come up and get another burger. At the time i was working and could not step away, hence i ordered delivery. I advised the same and was then told she was not authorized to do refunds and that she would notify the store manager to call me the next day. Needless to say, that did not happen.
66% failure to provide what i ordered. The food is great when you get it and can eat it.

Update: The owner responded to the review and it was either deleted or removed. Instead of reaching out to discuss he decided to attack me in writing. I will post screenshots of this shortly. As the email was a preview. I have engaged google to get the full review. I called the store and talked to a manager, which has customer service skills. We chatted and i left a message for the owner – Matt Cartwright… If i don’t hear back, ill gladly spend my time review bombing this business. I have been nothing but polite and respectful to all staff i have spoken too. Clearly this owner is unprofessional and inexperienced in business. He lacks the ability to be respectful to the customers that support his business.
I have made sure all friends, co-workers and family are aware of this. Its a shame as i was referred to them by mouth of word.
They Did refund the order, but did not communicate that they did until i got this review response. I asked for a refund of the burger in question, not a full refund. I even offered pics and if they wanted it back, they could have it.

The burgers here are beyond words -amazing!!! The ingredients are noticeably FRESH! The bun has an amazing “crunch” without being toasted, hard or dry. I ordered the single build your own and wish I had gotten a double- not because it wasn’t enough but because I wanted more. Staff were friendly and accommodating and we got our food quickly.
The only thing I wish for this place was that it was in a better location- they have done amazing with they have to work with but this place deserves to shine! Little touches throughout make it eclectic retro.
I can’t wait to come back!
