I wanted a replacement pizza for this issue and they did not want to fix this issue since it was the next day. I was thinking it was just the mozzarella from the stuffed crust, I wouldn’t have even realized it was uncooked dough if I hadn’t stopped eating it and looked at it. Uncooked pizza seems to be a repeated thing going on here so just be careful. They are also not the best when it comes to fixing issues. My response from them was that I needed to bring the entire pizza back and it would have had to been the same day. To my luck I only had 4 slices that were thrown in the garbage and I asked if they wanted that back. Eventually he just hung up on me. Never had a problem with this location until now. Welp, second picture for reference but maybe I’m crazy for wanting a replacement. Instead I’m blamed for potentially trying to get a second free pizza… yeah ok

Ordered pizza here and the quality and customer service was top tier ! We even got to watch them make the pizza lol. And they did tricks with the dough for my daughter to watch! Everyone was so nice!

My worst experience was today. I placed an order to pick it up myself, but when I arrived, the girls at the counter told me my order wasn’t there, that it wasn’t in the system. When the girls called the supervisor, she arrived being rude and with a racist look on her face. She spoke rudely to me and my daughter, and when my daughter showed her the order on her phone, she snatched the phone from my daughter’s hand. We will never come back here. My order never appeared, and we were treated terribly. May God repay them for this.

Pizza is great but the delivery drivers are beyond awful. On parked almost completely in our front yard on the grass instead of the road and them when backing out almost hit my vehicle! Order pick up if you order from here.

I ordered two pizzas through Uber Eats that were supposed to have light sauce. Well done. The pizzas were swimming in sauce, barely cooked. I called to speak with the manager, Brian, or whatever his name was, and he said I need to go through Uber Eats. Anyone using Uber Eats knows they are selective about how and when they issue a refund. The store made the pizza and didn’t follow the directions, and his response made me not even want to purchase anything additional from Papa Johns.

My pizza was horrible because it was flooded with tomato sauce and that was all I tasted. This is not the quality papa John’s pizza I’m used to. See pictures for reference. There was hardly any cheese on my pizza also. Plus, where’s the crust??

This is completely unacceptable. I ordered 2 pizzas one with just pineapple and the other with pineapple and pepperoni. They gave me 2 cheese pizzas because where are the toppings. Also the pizza was not cut just ripped halfway when I tried to pick up a piece. I got it delivered this time because whenever I go up there to pickup my online order no one acknowledges that there are people standing in the lobby waiting to be helped. Instead you have the girls laughing and have headphones in, a young man acting like he’s hiding behind the boxes and another young man which kept making eye contact instead of coming to assist customers. What kind of customer service training do these people have? I have been ordering from this location for years and never had experienced such bad service. I will not be ordering from here ever again. I would love to hear back from someone to address this concern.

Pizza was ready quick, was hot when we got it, and looked great and taste was great. Maybe they have new staff but I was expecting worse based on the reviews and I’m super glad I gave it a chance to be satisfied by a great dinner.
