This is by far the worst location to go to in metro detroit. The food is good, when it’s not cold. i go out of my way to go to another one 15 minutes away because this one is so horrible. i have gone 3 times in the past year (my fault truly but it’s 4 minutes away) and each time ive had to contact support for a refund. the first time (may 2025) i was missing food items. the second time (october 2025) i didn’t get my order at all!! they left me in the drive thru for 20 minutes and then handed me a coffee and said they forgot to drop my food (just hashbrowns and a sandwich!) which i STILL have not received a refund for. i just went today after months of actively avoiding this location because i thought id give it another chance – horrible idea. The manager read the online order on my bag, looked in the bag, saw it was missing a sandwich, and still handed it to me. when i got home (again 4 minutes later) it was super cold with undercooked hashbrowns. i cannot emphasize enough how terrible this location is + how rude and incompetent the manager is. if you’re going to try this location – always order online so you can at least contact support when they mess up your order. i will continue to go one town over to go to a decent location that doesn’t screw up every single time without fail.

Ordered ahead, no cars in the drive through, empty lobby, yet it still took over 10 minutes to make 2 breakfast sandwiches. No greeting even after saying good morning to the crab up front. Bad attitude and slow service. Put somebody else up front.

I ordered an 8pcs mozzarella cheese sticks and a medium onion ring. On July 18, 2025 @3:07pm. At Burger King on Groesbeck Hwy at 15 mile Road. It took 7 mins to get my order. While waiting the cashier asked the cook about my cheese sticks and he and they manager who were both playing around responded don’t rush us. The cashier was very polite. When I got home minutes away the onion rings were cold and the cheese sticks had no cheese inside only the outer shell. Disgrace, will NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM. And we wonder why Burger King is closing its rrestaurants.i was going to take it back but my husband said it wasn’t worth the gas. And they would not answer the phone when I tried to call.

Ordered food and it was a total disappointment. Items were wrong, the burger bun completely crumbled when I picked it up, and the burger itself smelled off and was cold inside. On top of that, it was drowning in sauce. – not going to be surprised if I get food poisoning from the one bite.

I purchased a Impossible Whopper. I asked for it to be fresh kindly. I get to the window and one of the workers is laughing and playing around. Then I get my food and the tomatoes and lettuce and onion looks old The sandwich was sloppy The bread was wet. I must say this is the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not going to even eat this sandwich because it looks contaminated! They need better workers at this location 15 Mile Road and Groesbeck Highway. Too many women in there that don’t know how to make sandwiches and like to play around too much. I won’t be back!!

Stop here quite a bit in the morning, and they are always fast & consistent. So consistent in fact, my 2 different sandwiches are always stacked in the same order in the bag. Not to mention, not sure there’s another fast food chain where you can get two full breakfast sandwiches (your choice of meat with egg & cheese) for $5.
