Bartlett breakfast factory is conveniently located, unassuming breakfast joint with ample parking. The food is made to order and hot and good. I had a omelette and added some additional bacon. It also came with hashbrowns, which were good. I noticed that many people got the fish and grits and the restaurant. The service was relatively quick. I waited about 15 minutes, but I didn’t notice that other side did a little longer. The ambience can be described as quaint. It’s a small place, but it’s clean and comfortable. I’ll be back if I want some brunch foods and have a little time.

I was visiting home for the holidays and I’ve been wanting to try this place since I lived in Memphis. The food was absolutely PHENOMENAL and delicious. The shrimp was seasoned well & eating it with the grits and creamy sauce was such a perfect combination. The catfish was great by itself. The price was worth it as the portion size is good along with the taste and flavor. I can’t wait to go back and try something else.

The food was good I had the fish and grits plus one big pancake and three stripes of bacon,everything was season well the service was pleasant. The only thing I like my grits a little thick and my grits was semi watery I had to put my eggs inside to thicken them up, next time I will have them to make them thicker if possible. But over all the food was amazing. Will go back.

I absolutely loved my experience at the Bartlett Breakfast Factory! The food was outstanding — I ordered the grits and catfish, and both were nothing short of phenomenal. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
The service was friendly and efficient, even with how busy the restaurant was. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars for atmosphere is because the place was very crowded — which makes sense given it’s not a large restaurant and clearly in high demand. Honestly, that just shows how good it is! I can easily see this place expanding in the future.
Overall, I’m giving 5 stars because the food and service truly deserve it. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Lovely staff. Very cozy place in Bartlett close to several banks, bowling alley, and shopping center. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was very helpful when choosing the best items on the menu. I do not recommend the dessert cakes…maybe they were from the previous day. I will be back again!

BEST Catfish & Grits. PERIOD. 10/10
My partner had the shrimp, catfish & grits and his shrimp was cooked perfectly. Juicy, seasoned. The catfish is thick, perfectly cooked and they do not skimp you. My boyfriend met the owner this morning too when he was served his food and had we had great experience overall!
It’s small inside, so be aware you may need to order to go but it’s so worth it. It’s soooooo good!!!

The food is good — very good. However, the prices for certain items is ridiculous. The food itself is reasonably priced, but there’s an up-charge to add onions and cheese to the hash browns. Also, the beverages are priced way too high. Why charge almost $5 for juice from a plastic bottle. It didn’t taste like it was homemade juice. It tasted like store bought juice, and the bottles looked store bought.
I understand this seems like a small business, but there’s no reason to charge that much for juice.

Where do I begin. This was one of the BEST breakfast experiences we’ve had. The pancakes were made to perfection with the crispy edges. (the only official way to make a pancake.) the service was top-tier, very friendly welcoming, and provided some great recommendations. It’s a very intimate space but efficient. Customer’s never stopped coming in while we were there, but there wasn’t a crazy wait to receive the food or place an order or the feeling of overcrowding .This will definitely be my breakfast spot moving forward. Y’all our breakfast was so good (see the finished plate shows in our pictures) We turned around and ordered more food for later (had a big back moment but totally worth it) keep doing your thing. The high rating definitely lives up to the hype if you are visiting or you’re local, this spot is a must try not up for debate. AMAZING 10/10
