With the understanding this is food court pizza it’s pretty decent all things considered
The NY slice wins hands down and that largely had to do with it being fresh out the oven whereas the spinach/ricotta had been sitting out. So when you’re in line keep an eye on whole pies coming out of the oven and make your choice accordingly.

I was craving a hot chocolate with whipped cream. I ordered it and the cashier said I’d have to wait for the whipped cream… so it’s not in a can and you have to make the whipped cream from scratch? Weird, I still ordered the hot chocolate. I tasted it and … it’s Swiss miss mix. It’s just so low effort here.

This review is specifically for Grisini Coffee on the second floor next to Big Snow. THEY ARE THE BEST! The ultimate best! The customer service is ELITE! The coffee is GREAT and so fresh! The muffins and flat breads are amazing.
The employees top it all off. They are the sweetest and most helpful. I have been going to this Grisini specifically for a couple months now consistently and Wow. Customer service and the quality of the coffee is just amazing! You can just tell how dedicated the employees are and I love it!!

My personal opinion way better coffee than Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks. when you walk past, it smells fresh , smells like real coffee / smells a little chocolatey. Slightly overpriced but I’d rather pay for a better product compared the watered down coffee everywhere else. Also it’s convenient it’s not even 30 feet away from my job and it seems like they have great muffins sandwiches/wraps etc . Will have try each one of the other items they have in time
