On the afternoon of 8/3, Me and my four children came to Sbarro after a long day of school shopping. We were next in line at this establishment. Instead of allowing us to order, the lady at the register (afternoon shift on 8/3) allowed a Spanish speaking customer to skip the line, in front of me and my kids, and promptly served her. I was patient through this interaction, believing that my kids would get to order next. Instead of getting our order next, she goes to serve the Spanish speaking family behind us in line. The lady she served even glanced our way, trying to acknowledge that we were next in line but the lady at the register did not care. After that interaction, I decided to take my kids elsewhere. We are a big family that frequent Manassas Mall but we will never give our business to this establishment. There wasn’t much of a selection available either.

Show an offer online at this location and refuse to honor it. Then the “manager” was super rude and didn’t speak English when I tried to talk about it. I’d like to post the pictures of the offer they refused to offer but can’t seem to find a way to do so. We’ll be choosing the Fair Oaks or Potomac Mills location from now on.

First time getting Sbarros yestarday. And let me tell yall this, It exceeded my expectations by ALOT. The crust was amazing. I love me some NY style pizza and its hard to find authentic ones, let alone decent ones here in the dmv. But this is as close as it gets! I travel to Manassas for work and I typically never eat here but they were passing out discount cards so I said why not I’ll try it. Worst discussion EVER. The pizza looked old but they said oh no it’s not old and we but it in the oven for you so ok I order a pepperoni and sausage slice of pizza. I get through half of the slice and look down at the pizza and it a big on my pizza. Disgusting, I went to get a refund and they were upset with me bc I didn’t want another slice of pizza and they had to give me my money back. Worst place ever and they never said sorry. This place doesn’t deserve any stars.

My husband and I went to the manassas mall Sbarro and ate. And dear God, we have both been severely sick for a week!!!!! We haven’t been able to eat or drink anything ever since we ate there… not even water or crackers!!!!!. Also I noticed while we were there they are extremely unclean and they cross contaminate with raw meat on their pizza cutting boards. So I suggest you don’t go there unless you want the same to happen to you. This place should be shut down for good!!!!!!
