The food was great! On 1/29, we ordered the Deluxe pizza and a 2-topping (extra cheese and Ham). My order was takdn promptly over the phone. The order was promised between 15 and 20 minutes and it was ready within that time window. When I walked into the restaurant for pickup, I was greeted with a smiling face (female employee, 20s). After giving her my name, she brought my order to the register, confirmed my order by ooening thd pizza boxes so I could see the pizzas. I was offered parmesan and red peppers. She completed my transaction quickly and efficiently, offering me a receipt. She was friendly, conversational, and thanked me. The pizza was still hot and fresh when we got home. This was, probably, my best visit to this location. I will return.

Food was good overall, and tasted good. Two stars for that.
Now the reason for only two stars; they did not pay any attention to the requests to remove toppings from pizzas (ex. Request no red onions on a grilled chicken flor. ticket shows the request but there were still red onions on the pie), they also don’t add toppings like you request as they did not add the green peppers that were requested either, the very same pizza arrived uncut. Thank goodness I own a pizza cutter.
For their boneless wings they drizzle a sauce on them that barely covers them, even if you shake the box. However after adding your own sauce they can be improved.
Paying $73 for a family meal and having this experience really doesn’t make me want to order again from here as there is no easy way to get the order fixed. I don’t believe they’d do it correctly after this anyways.

We haven’t ordered in quite awhile because of a different issue. We decided to try again and pizza was just shy of $30.00 and we tipped $15.00, not $5.00. Looks like our pizza was dropped in some manner. Disappointing.

We use them very regular for our company luncheons or meetings and they are always very accommodating to our large orders needed at opening time. The delivery is always on time and the driver is always very friendly and helpful. The pizza’s are always excellent and the Hot Deals make it very affordable for us to do this very frequently! I ordered over $60 on pizza Friday night. After an hour i call the store i ask them about my order. They saud there was no order and it didn’t come thru. Now im out 60 bucks for nothing. They stole from me basically. I know they make enough money to this right. The guy I talked to was toobusy and overwhelmed to help. I have a screen shot and proof of charges. So I ordered Mazzios for $65. What a night for pizza. They are taking money but not giving the food. No more donations to this place

Marcos pizza is slightly better than dominos and pizza hut I would say. The reason being the flavor and the value you get for the price. They have some really good coupons too in the app if you sign up which I would recommend. I ordered their small sausage magnifico for 6.99 which had two types of sausage as shown in the pic. 2 people can actually eat it as it is huge. the flavor was good.
