If I could give negative stars I would. My family spent so much money there and they forgot 2 of our subs. No apologies no customer service. We got a Doordash credit. What the hell? The subs that we did get were a mess like a toddler or a blind person made them. I expect this service from Subway. But not a place where firemen make the sandwiches. I thought firemen were supposed to be the good guys and know how to cook. This restaurant is a disgrace to emergency workers and sandwich makers alike.

I went last night and they got my order wrong normally no big deal but when I called they didn’t answer the phone. I went to the store the next day and the manager was denying that my food was made wrong. I have been to many firehouse subs and I always get the steak and cheese and have never had gravy substance on it. She said it was the onions and I had to argue to get a refund or a remake.

Here’s the thing about Firehouse Subs. And I don’t know if it’s just this particular location or all of them. But, considering the consistency of this location.. The food is amazing. I’ve never had a bad sandwich from this place.. But it’s ridiculously slow. That alone holds it down. It’s not a Subway where you can get in order get your food and roll out in 7 minutes or less. This place you need to plan on 15 minutes minimum regardless of how busy it is or if your order is to go. Like I said amazing food, just be ready for the wait.

I love their subs, they always come out great and are much better than a majority of other sandwich shops. the only issue I have with this location is that they do not allow you to order your sandwiches ahead of time and then come in to pick them up. They said that they have had people order food and then not show up to pick up their sandwiches; this is the reason why we cannot order ahead of time. While I understand their situation it just makes it a little more difficult when I am trying to pick up food for my family and have to go in and wait as opposed to just grabbing it and going.

It was disappointed. I went to the store at 8:46pm, they were close early, it supposed to be open until 9pm. There were 2 staff .They saw me I pulled the car, and they just ran inside. I tried to ask them if the store is open but they just wanted to chill and Ignore the customer. It needs improvement for better service.

This is the best Firehouse subs. They never disappoint in the amount of food that you get. Subs are always loaded with meat, fresh bread and we sometimes even get an extra pickle. The best part, their prices don’t break the bank even when you order from grub hub. When we were able to eat in, the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend

Very long wait. There was 1 group in front of us and it took 30 minutes for food, the food was very sloppy and bad covered in grease? Not even sure it was slick and clear who knows…. staff wasn’t even friendly. An online order came in and they made comments about that person being blocked from ordering just didn’t seem like a good atmosphere. Rather disappointing for our second trip ever to firehouse subs. Will give another chance. Maybe they were understaffed not sure. Just not excited about today’s experience.
