Greatest restaurant in Aspen! Their interior looks amazing, Austrian-German food and drinks great and service fabulous! We were there 3 times after we chose other options in town and never regretted – it’s completely sent me back in time. I was like in best brewery houses of Germany! I recommend them to everyone who will be in Aspen.

Such a wonderful and warm experience. Be prepared to be welcome and pampered. The fondu, drinks, pretzels, salad are all amazing but what sets apart is the genuine feeling of hospitality with the server offering suggestions, the chef sending out little extras. Definitely my favorite place in Aspen.

Amazing Austrian and German cuisine – try the crispy duck. If you like the real thing, this is it. The ambiance and staff are also authentic. The prices are reasonable for Aspen. They also have a good German wine list. We had a wonderful Riesling. The kid’s menu is a nice touch.

Very nice, authentic atmosphere and excellent service. The food was all pretty good but like a lot of Aspen restaurants it felt over priced, especially the schnitzel.

Absolutely delightful. Food was amazing, we got a good spread of everything and it was all brilliant. Duck was a favorite. The pancake dessert was also suprisingly delicious. Such a cute cozy place.

What a great restaurant! Atmosphere is special, and there is a real central Alps feeling. This place has personality. It is real. Food is great, with many (excellent) dishes you can find in Austria, in Switzerland, or in Italian Alps. In particular, Fondue as starter deserves to be mentioned, and schweinhaxen was special, elegant, tender, one of the best I ever ate. Wine list has also some good Italian wines for a reasonable price, and some Austrian ones. Desserts are very interesting. The chef came outside the kitchen visiting tables, we really appreciated. Service is great and “Alpine style”. I will go again.

Very warm atmosphere with Alpine details throughout. Staff was very friendly and very “authentic” our waiter was from Austria and made some excellent recommendations. They have Stiegl on tap, which is a excellent golden Austrian beer. The appetizers of sausages and pretzel were fabulous, the warm cheese dip was decadent, savory with a hint of sweetness. Entrees we’re all great! Schnitzel, Goulash, Smoked Salmon.
Hands down the best Suisse, German, Austrian food I’ve had outside of Europe.
