I had a terrible day, and due to some of the reviews, my guard was up. And it turned out to be the best experience. The cashier seemed to be a manager or owner. She was so nice. She turned my frown upside down. I also enjoyed the food and have no complaints.

I’m sorry but I keep giving the place a chance and I keep getting the same results, how you steam crab legs but they’re still cold on the inside ,Broccoli was mushy crabs leg was skinny. Only good thing was that the guy brought the food out to me with a boot on his foot .But this place needs to step their game up .

Customer service was so bad I went in. I spoke nobody spoke back. I tried to place a order. The lady at the counter didn’t even stand up to acknowledge. The lady didn’t even stand up to greet me. Ordered fried fish and it was burnt and overcooked. Coleslaw was nasty. People are not friendly at all. Food was so bad I threw my food out. They forgot to put my shrimps in my bag. They left it on the counter. I called to let them know they forgot to put it in my bag. They asked if I was picking it up and I said yes. I decided not to pick it up. I didn’t want to pick it up because I believed it would be just as nasty. Didn’t want to waste my time. They can throw it I don’t care. Ugk. Worst food ever.

Don’t give this place a chance like I did. The food tasted sooo old!!! Crawfish, corn, broccoli everything! Broccoli was mushy!! Paid for extra butter, didn’t receive it. The seasoning on the crawfish will give you high blood pressure! The food that I got was COMPLETELY INEDIBLE!! I spent $50 for food and I had to throw it ALL away and order from another place! Trust the 3.8 rating lol, it is most definitely correct. Have to be careful where you order seafood from and this is definitely a place i recommend staying away from smh. Should’ve listened to the other reviews.
