Alright, to start off I didn’t have the willpower to take a picture of my Colombian burger before the first bite and by the time I realized what had happened there was nothing but sauce and a fever dream. Bun was good quality, fresh crisp lettuce with a slight snap. Sauce had a good amount but with how perfectly cooked and juicy the burger’s 6 ounces of beef was it didn’t need it. Potato sticks and bacon had a good synergy with the caramelized onions. My order came with fries that were seasoned well and had a nice crisp exterior while not being overcooked. Overall, the symphony of flavors orchestrated at this location is a masterclass in what Colombian street food should be. This is the first Colombian restaurant in the last year that has not left me disappointed in my dining experience. I’m excited to see what flavors I can explore next and what the maestro will have in store.

The best Colombian Burger I’ve had! When you order off the food truck it’s so cool to get to see it all come together as the chef goes from seasoning and grilling the patty to melting the cheese and pouring the sauces. If you’re in NJ or NY I highly recommend checking out their Instagram to see where they’ll be at next.

I was initially shocked that there was a Colombia spot in Fairlawn. It’s located inside the Fairlawn Athletic Center. I was initially confused by the location but I called the number and was informed that I could order at the bar inside. What a treat! chill environment and amazing Colombia food. We just started following then on IG, apparently they have a food truck too. I think we found a new spot 5 minutes from home.
