I had a great experience at Wingstop when I was there in July. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which always sets the tone for a good meal. The service was excellent. Amanda especially stood out. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without us having to ask.
The food was exactly what I expected from Wingstop: consistently delicious. The wings came out hot and fresh, with the perfect balance of flavor and crispiness. It’s always nice when a place delivers the same quality every time, and this location definitely does. Will definitely be back!

Ordered 3pc chicken combo with garlic parmesan. The chicken was soft and tender but coating was very salty. Fries was real mood off. They just don’t give a vibe of eating.
The space inside the food joint also looked dull. I would prefer a pick up rather than dining inside the restaurant.

DO NOT EAT HERE. MANAGEMENT DOESN’T CUSTOMERS. Me and my family have been patrons here for years. In the past 12 months or so we have had our carry out order botched numerous times with no accommodation offered. When I’ve called to tell them my order is half done, the manager has argued that the order was in fact made correctly and accused me of being dishonest. Manager Abby is particularly unhelpful and standoff-ish. This place has been apart of my families rotation for years but we will never be doing business at this location ever again. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Picked up a doordash order and waited for over 20 minutes because they “miscounted” a 3 piece chicken tender meal. Then was given the excuse that 2 of their fryers were down. The reality is that they were working on ONE order at a time when there were 8 orders on the board. Very disappointed.

Update: Ordered the all in bundle with fries & Cajun corn. The corn had an excessive amount Cajun seasoning even though I specifically put on my online order no Cajun add fry seasoning. I had to rinse off my corn. I just can’t eat the Cajun seasoning because it’s way too spicy. Then the garlic Parmesan & lemon pepper are both dry rubs, but they were both sitting in a bed of butter/oil. Which caused the chicken to be wet & the crust was falling off. One manager said he would honor making the food over for us when I called no need for the receipt because it was already in the system. When I arrived later another manager Shawn refused to honor remaking the order saying the other manager didn’t mention anything about the situation & wanted to debate that both flavors were not sitting in oil it’s butter. A dry rub is dry not buttery or oily & if that’s the case WingStop needs to not false advertise both flavors as dry rubs. Keep in mind I showed him the pics & he still refused stating he would just remake the corn. This isn’t the first time they have messed up my order. I have tried to give this location chance after chance because they are right by my home. I don’t have this issue out of other locations with the dry rubs or managers wanting to debate even when they are in the wrong. The owner really needs to do something about this location. Lately I have been going to another location that’s pretty far from my home, but my order is not sitting in a bed of butter/oil, soggy or having to debate with managers because they are too lazy to fix the issues that’s occur constantly.

We wanted some really really good wings. So we drove to Louisville and visted Wing Stop. Definitely wasnt disappointed. There was a longer wait due to a big order of bone-in wings that came in before we arrived. However the manager ( Dwayne) kept us updated on how much longer the wait was going to be the enrire time. He has AWESOME professionalism, Great
customer service skills and a Fantastic ATTITUDE. He was on top of it. People was coming in back to back placing orders, picking up orders not to mention the phone was ringing off the hook and the entire time he kept his cool and handled everything well. Our food was Delicious of course it was Hot and Fresh. This was a Great visit and well worth the hour drive. We will be back!!! HOPEFULLY ONE DAY WE’LL GET A WINGSTOP IN LEXINGTON!!!
*****IT’S MUCH NEEDED *****

I’m not sure what’s up with the food places in Louisville, but they are TERRIBLE! Not only did I wait 25 minutes for a 6 piece combo, when no one was in line in front of me, but they had the nerves to sit my fries in a regular carton try, on top of my box of wings. If this is a norm, why would you leave French fries in a bag to spill all over, and not place them in a container concealing the beat, as well?! The lady asked if I wanted fresh fries, but why would I order fresh fries for them to get cold again, if you’re not going to put them in a container? And furthermore, you all have used my entire lunch break for this! The food was also not pleasant…..Bardstown Rd. Location

Well I’ve been to this location 3 times since I moved to Kentucky and got the Hot Honey rub but they’re missing the mark with the seasoning here it tastes like plain chicken with a sprinkle on it. I don’t know if the recipe is different from Florida but this location could get a 5 star if they actually seasoned the chicken.

Went to pick up my online order here and I’m glad it was online. 3:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday and the dining room was trashed. My feet were sticking to the floor, only half of the tables were free from previous diners garbage. I’m hoping the kitchen has better cleanliness than the dining room. There were 4 people in the kitchen.

So, June 13th I ordered the 20 wings for $20 from the app for take out. The app said they would be ready in about 20 to 25min. So I pick them up & start to eat them on my way back to work & they were dry, tough & tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile just waiting to be put in whatever sauce a customer chose! I work nights & was on a 30min break & I love getting Wingstop because I’ll eat some during my break then I have lunch at 2am & I’ll eat them for lunch to. I spent $25 for just me to eat & didn’t even get to eat them. I couldn’t call because my break was over & can’t have my phone out while working. My next break was at 2am & they were closed so when I got off I went to the app & left a message on Contact Us link & hoped maybe they cared enough to contact me & offer to re make my order. To my surprise someone called me & asked a couple questions & I told her what happened & that I travel for work so I am not in Louisville anymore but back home in Lexington & she was pretty nice telling me they have 2 stores in Lexington & that she will get a hold of one of those stores & make sure I get my order replaced by one in Lexington! Needless to say she never got back a hold of me & now im back where I started feeling like I spent $25 & was still hungry. My question is what was the point of even contacting me only to get my hopes up for no reason. I didnt need to feel screwed by the twice! One was enough! In my opinion there’s no need to contact a unsatisfied costumer if you don’t plan on satisfying them!
