I considered this to be a fluke, and gave them an opportunity to make it right. When I addressed my issue through the ordering system I was told that management instructed them to do this, so it doesn’t get too wet at the bottom of the cup. I expressed ” so you purposely put in too little flavor so it is not throughout the cup?” The person explained I needed to “ask for extra syrup.”
At the window I showed photos of my 2 previous snow cones. They showed no concern, didn’t offer to make it right, and only repeated what the female employer through the ordering system advised “order extra syrup”. The lack of customer service will be detrimental to the store’s capacity to keep customers.
We walked in and no greeting they’re just rolling their eyes and saying “So annoying people keep coming in we’ll never leave in time” the only one smiling was the girl in the drive thru & if it wasn’t for her I would have just left.
Overall my advice is tell your employees to humble themselves. If they don’t wanna work then don’t get someone who does.
