Our morning in Tucson was off to a spectacular start with our first-ever visit to Bruegger’s Bagels, a spot that truly exceeded our expectations. We decided to try the Cold-Smoked Craftsmanship Salmon, opting for a unique bagel base of Rosemary and Sesame, which added a fragrant, savory depth to every bite. To round out the meal, we treated ourselves to a creamy Vanilla Cold Brew and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice—a refreshing combination that hit all the right notes. The salmon was incredibly fresh, and the texture of the bagel was perfection; it was easily the best bagel sandwich I have ever encountered. For anyone traveling through or staying in Tucson, this place is an absolute must-visit for a high-quality, memorable breakfast.

Visiting from out of state and stopped in for a quick breakfast. Reviews are spot on. Orders are efficient. Delicious breakfast sandwiches. Space is clean. Customer service is top notch. Bathrooms spotless. Lots of bagel choices and tough to choose which one. Western is so good on a Garlic bagel. Loved having the option to do egg whites. Definitely recommend this bagel shop!

It’s always nice to come to a bagel place that makes a good lox bagel. A staff of four was moving people one order every 30 seconds. It was impressive to watch. I had two different bagels. Both were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside perfect. Coffee was very good at four different flavors and a coffee bar behind with all the continents.
Seating was OK inside, seats are not that comfortable but there was plenty of space
Would definitely go back one of my favorite bagel trains in the US for sure!

I lived in Tucson in the early 90s and Bruegger’s was a favorite of mine. As far as I recall, a lunch bagel was around $4-5. Now it’s $8-10, higher than the rate of inflation, but if staff salaries have increased substantially I’m ok with that. What I’m not ok with is the decline in quality. I had a turkey bagel hold the bacon that I ordered on an everything bagel. What I got was a spongy plain bagel filled with a slice of processed “turkey” together with a sorry piece of lettuce and a tomato slice. Unimpressive doesn’t begin to describe it. Flavorless, insipid, and at $10 because I bought it at the airport, daylight robbery. I’ll be avoiding Bruegger’s on my next visit to friends.

This was my third attempt to order from here. Two previous attempts were accepted then cancelled moments before delivery was expected. This time ordered for pick up
Walked in and advised was there for a pick up immediately felt interrogated wanting to know when and how the order was placed. Very RUDELY. I believe cashier was Ian. Order was expected to be ready at 155 I got there at 205 and was met with annoyance and irritation of my existence in their establishment. After being advised the order would be ready in a few moments with no acknowledgement or apologies of the way I was treated or that the food was not ready I walked to check on my vehicle as I assumed this was going to be a quick in and out as I turned the corner and was walking back to the counter it was MORE THEN EVIDENT Ian his coworker and another customer were talking about it and as uncomfortable as I already felt this only made it was way worse. Will never be back to this establishment. DO BETTER.

Good place to have a beagle, lots of options to chose from and plenty of add ons that you can get, their beagles are great, only reason I don’t give them a higher rate its because they need to improve in the quality of their coffees, we tried several of them and they need to work on it. Service is fast, but they have kind of elevated prices.
