My review is based on a couple of appetizers so take that into consideration, but I do think it’s an indicator of the general quality you can expect.
I tried some egg rolls and spring rolls and they were just ok. The egg rolls just tasted “fried”, there was no other distinct flavor than the oiliness. The spring rolls with tofu were better, but still not very memorable. If this is an indicator of the rest of the food at this spot, it’s just not encouraging. Other reviews say the pho is decent so maybe worth a try.
I think I chose the wrong restaurants, the food from the adjacent Asian fusion BBQ Chicken spot looked better in hindsight.

I specifically came for the Pho, and was not let down. First, it’s an odd location. It’s basically a stand alone indoor food court, with about 10 little food shops, a bunch of seating, and a bar. Honestly, it’s a little confusing, but back to the food. I got the short rib Pho, which came with two giant short ribs, a good sized bowl full of noodles and broth, and all the usual Pho fixings. The flavor profile was delicious, and the bean sprouts and basil were very fresh. My only complaint was that the meat was served on the bone, and I would’ve preferred it cut off and in the soup. I’ll definitely be back.

Food was really good. My pho was the oxtail one. I liked it but when I moved from Ohio I left there the best Pho ever. This one was good but not like my favorite one in Ohio. That is why I gave it 4 stars.

Love their short ribs pho ($16)! Super cool that they leave the bone in there even for take out orders!! Love that! We also tried their traditional banh mi sandwich. Meat was good but we did think it had way too much pate and this yellow cream, too salty for us. Great bread texture tho! That’s a plus 🙂

The Anh-mazing steak pho was really good, outside of what typically pho toppings nothing else was needed. I enjoyed it a lot.

We had family in this week and decided to check this place out. The food was excellent and so was the service. I had the Cajun seafood banh mi and I wish I could eat it every night. The bbq banh mi was 10/10 according to my brother in law and my sister loved the Anh-mazing pho-ever steak and brisket Pho. I also want to recognize the young woman who was working tonight because she was very kind and welcoming. I go some Pho to go because I was so jealous at how delicious my sister’s dinner smelled. Can’t wait to have it for lunch tomorrow. We will definitely be back.
Important note: make sure to order under the pink awning if you want to eat here! The restaurant next to it does not have signage so it is easy to mistake it for the same place.

The Bahn Mi is decent. I don’t think it was made on a French baguette. There was a lot more pickled vegetables than I personally have wanted. They give a good amount of meat.

Overall, I would return! Ordered the cajun seafood banh mi, viet bowl with tofu, and summer rolls with shrimp.
Banh mi is excellent!! Shrimp is juicy. Flavors, pickles, and dressing just right. Really don’t need the Cajun sauce. It was a little too much.
Summer rolls are good. Shrimp is fresh. Wrapping needs to be tighter. The dipping sauce… a little too sweet and one note. Needs a dash of fish sauce and peanut powder.
Viet bowl is disappointing. Some tofu was fried too long and didn’t have that spongey crunch. The rice is flavored with turmeric or kind of curry like? I thought it would be plain white jasmine rice, not yellow. The garlic soy is very light. Needs bolder flavor. The one thing I really like, and my toddler enjoys, is the pickled daikon and carrots. Says a lot when my toddler keeps asking for more.
I look forward to trying other items on their menu 🙂
