This was my first time here and these tacos were delicious!!! I ordered 3 and ate them in the car and had to turn around and get more . Thanks to the guy at the front counter I didn’t get his name but he was really nice .

I had a really good experience dining here. I went with my brother, and we both ordered chicken tacos, beef tacos, and chicken chorizo burritos, along with some chips and salsa. Everything tasted great—no complaints at all. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The food is delicious, and the prices are very affordable. I would highly recommend everyone try their food at least once. Cheers!

The food was horrible. No spices on the meat tacos, meat was mushy, very discusting taste. It taste like spoiled meat or old oil. The sausa was watered down with very little flavor. Chips were good. The bottle of coke was 3 years old according to lable from mexico. Service was ok. You cant tell what your ordering from the menu being it was in spanish. The waiter new very little english. Skip this place. Hope i dont get food poison. The food was cold (beans, rice and tacos).

If you’re ever in the area and in need of some Mexican food, I definitely suggest you come to this place. Beautiful murals all around with all your favorite Mexican icons. Colorful and inviting atmosphere. We were greeted by Luis and he took great care of us. He was very attentive to what we needed and super sweet. Food came out fast and it looked great. Everything was so tasty! Husband loved the salsa choices. Will be back soon.

I had the mexican burger which was FANTASTIC and my husband had the Philly cheesesteak and said it was one of the most flavorful ones he has ever had. The service was exceptional as well. We can’t wait to go back!

We ordered to go. They said 15 minutes. We waited about 25 minutes and got our food. The beef chimichanga was decent. The shrimp tacos were decent. The burritos was decent. You see a trend, here?

The refried beans were really bad. They were gray colored, not your traditional brown. They definitely come from a can. The Spanish rice was not very flavorful.

Food was pretty decent although the Birria tacos could have been a little bigger and more flavorful. But nice authentic Mexican food spot with good prices.
Update: After coming here for a while now I have to take off a star for the food/service. When I order online, they dont always give me my full order like adding the beans and when they do it’s barely any including the rice. They literally give you like 2-3 tablespoons worth. Also the food is always a hit and miss. One day its really good then the next not so good and I get the same thing every time.

Food was great. Beans got dumped all over the tacos during the delivery, but it was still edible. Better care of the food would have been nice, but I’ll give them another try.

The salsa and chips were good, salsa was still warm. Great flavor. We shared a big bowl of menudo, the kitchen split it for us before it came to the table. Street tacos were delicious! Rice was good. We will be back!

We ordered pickup from Taco Factory. This was our 2nd try. The first didn’t turn out so well, but we decided to try again. Tonight I ordered the Chicken Taquitos with an appetizer of Taco dip. For dessert the Sopapillos. Unfortunately the Taquitos were burned, charred all the way through inside. The beans were dry- crusted on top.
The Sopapillos were undercooked, soaked in oil, had that stale dough taste even with honey on it
I did really like the Taco dip. The queso was creamy, with bits of meat, sour cream and guacamole. Together with the crispy chips were the best part of the meal. For service, we have received all items correct both times we ordered. If you come to Taco Factory, try the Chips& Taco Dip 🙂
