Had a wonderful experience at Capital Musubi! YUM!! The interior was clean and decorated in a festive way. The menu and ordering experience is all electronic. As soon as I submitted my order, my food came out quick and fresh!
I had a poke bowl with Ahi tuna and spicy salmon and it was delicious! You know something is amazing when you plan on eating half but just can’t stop yourself from finishing it… that’s exactly how it was! The kids chicken teriyaki box was also ordered and it was the perfect size for lunch the next day! Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items!

This spot is legit. Top notch spot for some fresh and generously portioned poke bowls. They have a great selection of all of the classic toppings and even have tamago as an option, which I don’t often see. If you’re like me and like getting multiple sauces in your bowls, you can always bypass the one sauce option on the kiosk by just asking them. They kindly gave me a second sauce on the side to pour in myself. If you’re a wasabi lover, you’ll get a kick, punch, and headbutt out of theirs. They’re generous with it and I don’t know what kind of wasabi they used, but it drop kicked my nostrils way harder than any other wasabi I’ve ever had. It was wonderful.
Their musubi is also legit the best that I’ve tried. The rice to meat to sauce to wrapper ratio is just right, and the whole thing is filling. Amen to all of that. My wife got the shrimp tempura musubi and it was an expressway to flavor town. They have many unique options to choose from that I’d love to come back for!

Fresh musubi is a satisfying and tasty meal in a convenient hand held. My favorite is the Supersize California Musibi with spicy surimi! The staff here are also helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for a quick, filling meal or when you’re on the run and need to eat on the run.

You are also not going to interact with a cashier. There’s a machine you walk up to and chose your order. I didn’t tip cause of that, but that’s just me.
Highly recommend the Bacon Mac and cheese tho. That was wayyyyyy better than the musubi

I ordered from Capital Musubi near Dulles, right off Route 50, and overall I really enjoyed it.
I got the teriyaki chicken bowl and an ube rice crispy treat. First, the portions are big. I only ate half of my bowl and had the rest for lunch the next day. One of my coworkers ordered the exact same thing and did the same. This is definitely not a single-sitting meal unless you’re very hungry.
The teriyaki chicken bowl was flavorful, filling, and satisfying. It hit exactly what I wanted for a comfort lunch without feeling heavy or sloppy. Everything tasted fresh and well put together.
The ube rice crispy treat was such a fun add-on and honestly a great choice. Sweet without being too sweet, a little nostalgic, and a nice way to finish the meal.
We DoorDashed it, and everything arrived in great shape, still warm and well packaged. Between the quality, the portion size, and the convenience, this is absolutely a place I’d order from again when I’m craving something hearty and comforting.

Biggest Musubi I have ever eaten. Good options and a nice variety on the menu. The Ramen Miso is too much like Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup for my full enjoyment but it pairs well with the Musubi. I enjoyed the large pieces of Kimchi in the Kimchi Fried Rice!
