Five stars isn’t enough for the experience I just had at Heavenly Donuts in Wilmington. I went through the drive-thru and was helped by Jeff, and honestly it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Jeff was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed happy to help. You know how most drive-thru interactions feel rushed or robotic? This was the complete opposite. He made the whole interaction feel welcoming and positive, and it completely made my day.
The order was perfect, the service was fast, and the energy was just great. Jeff is the kind of employee every business hopes for—professional, personable, and clearly someone who takes pride in what he does.
If you’re stopping by Heavenly Donuts in Wilmington, Jeff at the drive-thru is the man. Give this guy a raise!

This was my first time in this location of Heavenly Donuts. For those of you who are sick of overpriced Dunkin Heavenly is for you. The three young people working Brandy, Brook and Jeff had huge smiles on their faces. They were helpful pleasant and a real pleasure to deal with. The sandwiches were great. My girl adored her iced Chai late and my hot tea was delicious. I couldn’t recommend this location higher. Definitely check it out.

Love this shop. The have constantly changing special flavours (the Witches Brew iced coffee is my new favourite!) and the manager’s special donut with both jelly and cream inside is amazing! I’ve never seen a filled donut that stuffed before! The guy working today was also very inviting and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very quick with drinks and food was very good I probably won’t go here again anytime soon but if I’m in the area stopping by Heav’nly Donuts before the commuter always will sound like a good idea! They also got a drive thru which is pretty rad for car owners.

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years, and I’ve never experienced a more welcoming and delightful service than I have today! Not to say that the service has ever been poor here, all of their workers are excellent and it’s always a pleasure. However, your [I’m assuming is] new guy Jeff is the man! He was very kind, respectful, patient, and helpful with my very simple order by asking clarifying questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted (coffee and donuts). Give the guy a raise or promotion already! Thanks again.
