Now that what I’m talking about. Super courteous staff, Mario was a gem as he accommodated us despite many events that were going on. We had outdoor seatings and the surrounding foliage added to the charm of our outings. The children had a delighted time. The food was so delicious that they ate everything (usually they waste the food). We had a full course: appetizer, entrée, and dessert. The black rice…top-notch, so much I had to take it with me to enjoy at home. The gravy that comes with fish…delicious!!! Strongly recommended to all for any events, right here on Westbury (Westbury station right across from the parking lot).

I’ve visited Mirelle’s restaurant about three times for different events and I love how clean it is and how good the food tastes as well. They have different rooms that can be rented for private events and the staff are very attentive. The free spacious parking located at the back is also an added bonus. Keep up the great work guys!! ❤️

We had our company holiday party at this place, not only were they not set up when we arrived, but also refused to start serving drinks until an hour after party started. DJ completed set up 45min into our event start time. The food was warm at best, fish had no taste and it was pretty basic overall for a corporate holiday event. The staff was rude and unattentive, bartender seemed to be filling in, was constantly on his phone and purposely serving as slow as possible. There were kids going in and out of the party spaces, and even a random complet having dinner at a table near the buffet area, who were not part of our party and did not seem like they had a restaurant part open to public since tables and chairs in that area were stacked. Anyway, this was the most impersonal catering place we have ever experienced and would not recommend or return

While visiting New-York, stopping at Mireille’s Restaurant for brunch on a very late Sunday afternoon was a nice surprise.
In spite of the unevenness in some dishes offered during the buffet, the sweet taste of the plantains, just slightly fried, ensuring thus a wonderful texture accompanied with the turkey and tasso, were a perfect combination, especially with the tasty sauce, helping me to not pay too much attention to the soup joumou and spinach legume that had an after burned taste.
Overall, ambiance is great, especially with the jazzy Haitian vibes offered by Lucien Hilaire.
But I think any restaurant must be on top of every details and should control the quality of all the dishes that come out of the kitchen, because if anyone had tasted the soup and the légume, they would’t have put them on the table.

The restaurant has two spacious ballrooms with nice quality wooden floor for dancing. Parking lots in the rear and across the road can accomodate about 100 cars. Perfect location right next to LIRR Westbury station and a few blocks from LIE.

Sunday Brunch could have been better. My family called ahead to get the details about Sunday brunch but they failed to mention they were having an event or we would be outside. There is parking in the back. Seem to be having an event so brunch was in the back outside. It seem like a rush job. Though my party came near the end of brunch, food was not hot, an ok amount of variety but could have been better. I would give this location another try since the nice lady giving us direction was nice an seem to be Mirelle. Though she never introduced herself. Music was good but we was serve dirty glass with lipstick stains on them. Good thing when brought to their attention it was apparently that it was a mistake of a young wait staff who failed to be observant and would get reprimanded.

Service was okay. Didn’t like the rice, macaroni, and steak. The fried pork was delicious . The cake was too sweet and not enough for everyone. It wasn’t firm. It was mushy.
