I’ve ordered from Donut Time before, and they’ve never disappointed. This morning, I ordered again from their 4411 Elkhorn location, and I was blown away by the experience. The packaging alone is so thoughtful and beautiful—it instantly made me feel appreciated as a customer. What really touched me was that they remembered I was a returning customer and even placed a sweet “thank you” sticker on my coffee. On top of that, they included a free donut, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture, especially since I ordered through Uber Eats!
They truly go above and beyond, and that kind of care makes all the difference. I’ll always return to a business that makes their customers feel seen and valued. And of course, their donuts and coffee are absolutely delicious. Thank you, Donut Time!!

I was on my way to work and searched for a donut shop nearby to grab a little treat for my coworkers. It was my first time here and I had a great experience. The person who took my order was very kind and helpful.
The donuts were absolutely delicious. They were light, airy, and perfectly sweet. My coworkers loved them. I got a large box of assorted donuts for a great price. My photo doesn’t show them all because we couldn’t wait to dig in.
I also picked up a breakfast sandwich for myself and it was just as tasty. Overall, a wonderful first visit and I’ll definitely be coming back.

This donut shop in Carmichael surprised me with how warm and comforting the entire experience felt. The glazed donuts were soft and cloud-like, still warm from the fryer with a sweetness that didn’t overpower. The staff were gentle and patient, and the shop had a cozy, familiar atmosphere. A small, sincere pleasure in the middle of a busy day.

They make great donuts, crosaint (and other) sandwiches, and various drinks like Thai milk tea with boba. Service is prompt and friendly. I don’t go that often and the guy there remembered me and my order (better than I did) on my second or third visit. Great little donut shop. No seating or dining area though.

They have the most cutest donuts here!! They are good, not greasy at all or have an after taste, also not sweet at all. I also got just a regular black coffee and LOVE it’s strong how I like it! Customer service was great!! They greet you, and it’s welcoming ❤️ location is good right in the corner, I drove 35 minutes for them and wroth it! Will definitely be coming back, because here is rare a good/ not greasy donut place.

My husband grabbed a box, it was closer to closing so there wasn’t much selection however we ended up with the turkey donut, cruller, a couple bars, donut holes, apple fritter and the donuts with characters on them, stitch, Mike, sully&boo & bluey. The kids loved the toys and they actually ate the donuts not just the frosting and sprinkles.
I had a honeydew Boba smoothie, my husband tried the Thai tea. They were both delicious, the donuts were good. Will try back for more selection. Customer service was great.
