Weird. I’ve never had invisible salsa, lettuce, cheese or sour cream before. They are clearly visible as ingredients in the tag on the lid, yet it must be a new “low calorie” option where it’s so small as to not even exist I guess.

So, I live in this area. But they just put a brand new location here directly across the street from my house (Spectrum Loop). The Spectrum Loop location is a BANGER. Every single burrito has been fantastic, and good size. Some of them have been wrapped up poorly, but that’s the most redeemable error.. you can still eat it.

But I PURPOSELY avoid this location here (democracy pt) like the PLAGUE. Every single burrito SUCKS. It tastes mediocre and bad. EVERY. TIME.

Well the lame thing is… I can’t use any of the rewards at the Spectrum Loop location. So whenever I spend my rewards it HAS to be here. So I ordered a burrito tonight to use my entree reward. Of course it’s the same, mediocre, tastes-bad burrito. Only, NOT ONLY THAT, but it was TINY. Despite ordering DOUBLE MEET, DOUBLE TORTILLA. It was a super small burrito. I feel 75% full.

I literally could have spent the same amount of money (yes, AFTER the reward) and gotten full elsewhere.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!! ITS DISGUSTING AND BAD.

To whoever made my burrito, i HATE you.

My fiance placed a mobile order for drive through pick up. I get to the location on time, they asked for my name then they say that they are just starting the order and I have to come inside to get it. I come inside and am ignored when I come to the counter to get my order. I see it on the counter and they tell me I need to stand aside so they can take care of other customers who were “walk in” and barely placing their orders in person. On top of all that when I finally got my order, I went to the area with utensils. In the holder for the forks was dirty water. I am definitely reporting this location. If they can’t do something simple as keeping utensils clean, who knows the condition of other things.

Typically not a poster, but wow! This is what I paid for, and this is what I received? This is less than what I would typically see without extra. Ordered online for pickup at 6:10pm Order # KD9-FA2 if theMgmt team cares to reimburse for free meal. Service speaks for it self if this is the portions given for what was paid for. Two different bowls by the way.

This is hands down the worst Chipotle experience I have EVER had. The staff is young and with attitudes. The food is not good and, the drive-through setup is a complete joke. I feel bad for the surrounding business. Once you’re in it, you’re trapped. There’s no way to exit. Wasted 45MINUTES with only 4 cars ahead of me. The parking lot was NOT designed for a this crappy “order ahead” drive through. How this was approved is beyond me.

It’s clear that the GM nor corporate cares enough to fix it. Nothing ever improves and by the reviews they could care less.
Chipotle claims to be committed to “cultivating a better world” and delivering great service. They can have neither a functioning drive through nor deliver great service but somehow they will “make better world” Have not eaten at ANY Chipotle after this experience.

I had a good experience at this particular Chipotle last night. The initial start to my experience was good, it wasn’t busy so I was immediately offered service. The gentleman who made my burrito was nice, and even when he had trouble wrapping my burrito, he still found a way to make it work. As far as the atmosphere goes, it definitely could be better. Compared to other locations, it wasn’t as clean, with the trash overflowing, and dirty surfaces. It also lacked seating, meaning it was hard to find a place to sit down. That aside, the food was still pretty good. I got a chicken burrito, with white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, corn, lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. And I enjoyed all the textures it offered with a variety of flavors. Overall, this chipotle was decent, I’ll likely come back in the future.

They tried to charge me for double protein, I said I never asked for double protein. They insisted that was double protein, and I had to pay. I said I don’t and could just walk out, after chewing out this poor girl for putting too much protein, (1 scoop btw) they begrudgingly sold me the burrito, but when I asked if they could warm it up for me, a simple request every other chipotle is happy to do and they refused, too lazy to do so? or just mad they gave me too much protein? either way petty and unproffessional

So weird to see so many negative reviews for this chipotle! There are other chipotles closer to my house but we drive a little out of the way just to come to this specific location. They do not withhold or skimp out on ingredients and it’s always delicious. We do eat in always vs going through the drive through. But this is one of the best chipotles we’ve been to!

I’m just wondering why fast food places like this don’t sweep floors or wipe tables. I generally enjoy eating at Chipotle but was turned off by the dirty floors and tables at 5 p.m. on Monday. The “free guac” with the digital coupon was approximately 1/4 cup and we had to buy the chips. It felt misleading and chintzy. Today wasn’t a “customer friendly” experience.

I’m absolutely appalled by my recent experience at Chipotle. I ordered a bowl and found a huge bug in my food. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of quality control and cleanliness in their kitchen.

When I brought it to their attention, the staff seemed indifferent and did not handle the situation professionally. For a place that markets fresh and high-quality food, this was a disgusting and disappointing experience.

I will not be returning, and I recommend others think twice before eating here. Food safety should be a top priority, and clearly, this location failed miserably.
