My boyfriend and I had the worst experience on Valentine’s Day. I understand it’s busy but there’s no excuse to not be checked on by our waiter and receive no sympathy from management.
We had 7:15 reservations and were seated promptly. We placed our appetizer and entree orders around 7:40. Nearly an hour went by without any check in from our server,Armando, even though we saw him attending tables nearby.
When he finally came by after an hour he seemed surprised we haven’t been served. He said he would check with the kitchen and refill our Diet Cokes. Shortly after we see him walking around waiting other tables, leaving us feeling ignored yet again. We did not receive any updates or refills like he promised.
We ended up waving down another server, Daniel, who was apologetic and helpful. He checked with the kitchen right away and handled the situation promptly and professionally. He even offered to have the manager come by so we could explain our situation. (We love Daniel give this man a raise)
When the manager did come over however, she seemed confused about why we were upset and dismissed the situation as them being “busy”. She repeatedly stated that it wasn’t Armando’s fault. I really don’t care whose fault it was, the lack of communication and basic service was unacceptable.
To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, my boyfriend’s steak was overcooked, rubbery, and completely inedible.
Super disappointing. I love Dave and Busters but we won’t be back to this location.

Great place to go to play games of skill and chance during the cold winter months here in Schaumburg. We really appreciate that there were dozens of games to pick from and plenty of room over two floors for people to spread out. One or two of the games were not working correctly and I appreciate that the staff were on top of it and they gave us a credit on another game. We came here with a group of 30-year-olds and we all had a blast.

This is the type of place thats made for the old and young. Its a great place to bring the family to spend some time. The food is really good and the food service was really great also. They have a ton of games for all ages. They also have a really good toy store when you want to cash in your tickets. Their is free parking in the lot or the parking garage right next to the establishment. Great for parties and work events. ENJOY YO!!!

Major shout out to Philip K the host, Lily, the server V and Jordan at the bar Chris Lucas Tech at Winner’s Nijah Winner’s & Megan Winner’s these ladies and gentlemen truly went above and beyond from the moment we were walked in the door we were greeted by the host Philip who took us up to the second floor dining area, where we were greeted by Lily, who was our server and attended to the needs of our table very diligently. V and Jordan Worked the bar greeted us and made sure that our tables needs were attended to. They also crafted the drinks that our table ordered, which were A Tennessee lit a strawberry watermelon margarita X 2 Because they were just that good As well as a Caribbean lit Our table also ordered the boneless wings appetizer, which were very good and were of a very generous size. I was impressed. We also ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich as well as The pretzel dogs And the fire salmon all of the food was absolutely delicious my compliments to the chef who unfortunately name I did not get, but I hope that upper management will see this review and give him my compliments.
Went down to the first floor to register the car to the app which I just downloaded and we were greeted by Chris Lucas Tech at the winner circle. He was extremely helpful and gave lots of helpful tips and useful advice. Is a very hard worker as well as later on in the video shoots, he can be seen wiping down all the machines very diligently. When Chris had moved on to carry out his other duties, I was also helped by Megan and Nijah at Winners these ladies were the definition of professionalism they were so sweet, kind and super friendly above all with a willingness to help which speaks a lot about their character.
To be completely honest, I can’t even begin to say enough nice things about this place. It was super clean everyone there was a hard worker and just went above and beyond. I mean, they were truly setting the bar for excellence when it comes to regards to customer service. May God bless you all for your willingness to help and reflecting Chris like character loving your neighbor as you love yourself God bless you!

Came here for a work event on a Wednesday evening. We had the entire upstairs area reserved for our group, and there was ample seating and a bar area for drinks. The dragonfruit margarita (pink rita) was sweet and packed a bit of a punch.
Lots of games and there was a giant human claw game that looked really fun. You hang from a harness and try to grab as many giant blow-up toys as possible. A couple of the managers played it and my manager won a blow up toy.
Great service and friendly staff. Definitely a fun atmosphere for a large group.

Me and Bae usually goes to Dave & Buster’s all the time, but we’ve never gone on a major holiday like Valentine’s Day. We decided to go yesterday, and the customer service was a zero out of 10. We didn’t have reservations, so we knew it would be busy. They told us three hours, and we kept checking for updates. Each time, they gave us different info. Eventually, one employee apologized for the wait and told us that since it was just the two of us, we should’ve been seated sooner. We were finally seated after 2.5 hours.
We sat at the bar to order drinks before our server came, and the bartender was super rude – not just to me, but to others. He seemed frustrated, ignoring people waiting to order, slamming drinks, and had a nasty attitude. I believe his name was Robert.Luckily, our server, Gordon, was amazing! He was sweet, helpful with games, and our food was fresh. Gordon is 1000 out of 10!

I visited Dave & Buster’s – Schaumburg yesterday and had such a fantastic experience, thanks to Randy behind the bar! His customer service was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and kept us laughing the entire time. His personality and energy really made the whole visit special.
Randy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. It’s rare to find someone who creates such a fun, welcoming atmosphere while still being completely professional.

We had such a nice Saturday night out at Dave & Buster’s Schaumburg! The food was good, the drinks were great, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. A huge shout out to Gary, our server he was absolutely the best. He kept our drinks filled, checked in on us often, and was so kind and attentive the whole night. He really made the experience even better.
After eating and drinking, we had a blast playing games so many options and lots of laughs all around. Overall, it was a fun, relaxing night out with great service. We’ll definitely be back!

Always a great time at D&B’s and we always love coming back for great food and a fun atmosphere even though I always lose at air hockey. Our server Gary was awesome! He was very attentive and had a great attitude and even cracked some jokes. We’d go back just to have him as a server again. The Smokehouse BBQ Burger is always my go-to and did not disappoint.
