Food was lack luster. The wings I ordered seemed like they had been sitting a while. The Mac and cheese was decent. Maybe request fresh food at the drive thru for a better experience. Probably won’t be going back, honestly.

I ordered my food at 10:44 am. It’s 12 o’clock and I was still there waiting. When I asked the manager and staff both had attitudes. The manager claimed that she didn’t have my ticket and therefore couldn’t make my order even when I am showing her my receipt! I asked her 3 times can she just make the order & she told me no and refused to give me my money back! Disappointed only because my son really wanted chicken! Oh yeah, turns out my order was already and still no one apologized for the mistake and still didn’t give me the order! Never going there again!

We waited in the drive through line for almost an hour just to get our order taken. When you are traveling, your time is very important especially around the holiday season. When we did get our order it was in such a confused manner until it would have taken another 30 minutes just to make sure the order was correct. They split the family meal up into individual order boxes, the individual large side were also split into two containers and the biscuits were hard and flat. Not what you are used to getting from a Popeyes restaurant . I guess that old saying is true, “You always get screwed at the drive through”. And from looking from the outside in, this facility at this location is not capable of accommodating/ handling a large crowd of people. Sometimes it’s not the establishment itself, but the employees that works there.

4th Time coming here and this location is always closed a hour early with full staff walking around lounging and watching through the windows. I think upper management needs to address this issues.
