First time visiting. No sign out front yet. Very neat and clean inside. We were told there was a 30 minute wait for the order. There was a constant flow of people in and out. I wasn’t satisfied with the quality, the fish was undercooked, the Mac and cheese was undercooked and cold and the yams were also undercooked and hard, No flavor. Definitely didn’t live up to the social media hype. Please prep more food earlier so there isn’t a rush to serve less than good tasting quality Soul Food. Please get behind the drive to be a community staple that we can support for years.

We got there right after opening. Place was roomy and clean. There were about 3 orders in front of us and was told it would be about 30 min before food was ready. Almost an hour of waiting, we were told the fish was frozen and they had to defrost, that was the delay. Almost 2 hrs later, we got our food. It was fresh and very good, but the wait was enough to leave this review. If you plan to get food from them, make sure to order ahead. Gives that family owned feel. Its not very organized but wait and see. The food is worth the wait! It was amazing. Really felt like grandma’s home cooking. Everyone is very friendly and the staff seems excited to be there. I will forever come to this place. You have to wait a bit for the food but they make everything to order so its fresh and amazing. 10/10. Just wish they were opened later

Saw this place on TikTok (eat eat with keysh) and decided to check it out. Me, my wife, and my two boys (both whom are very picky eaters) tried the fish, fried chicken, Mac n cheese, greens, hush puppies, red beans and rice and kool aid. EVERYTHING was a 9 or 10. My boys barely lifted their heads out from their plates lol. Trust me you will not be disappointed.The lady that served us and the cook were super nice and professional. This is definitely a new monthly dinner spot for us from now on. Would highly recommend this hidden gem

Tried it for the first time today. I was very disappointed with the food. The red snapper was over cooked and dry. The rice and gravy had no flavor and was overcooked. The yams were from a can.
