The cook, with the messy, hanging-loose-in-spots hair, closed a strand of it into my dish, so it was sticking half out of the to-go bowl and half in my food. I decided that mistakes happen and the rest of it looked good, so I would still risk it. Except that I ordered the Spicy Korean Steak Noodles, but got the Crispy Chicken Alfredo instead. Again, mistakes happen, so I decided eat it. The bacon was on the bottom and was gristly. The broccoli was hard. The parmesan chicken to their credit was good. But some of the buffalo Mac and cheese my husband ordered was in my dish as well. Also the front desk guy seemed nice, but he was trying to get people to fill out the online survey from the link on the receipt while they waited for their food, in exchange for a free rice krispie bar. Before we got our food, I would’ve wrote a good review, so I’m glad I was too tired to do that. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this particular location of Noodles and Company.

We ordered lunch into work for a meeting. It was a pretty big order and 1 item was missed. We called to let them know and they said they could remake it right away. It took me about 5-10 minutes to get ther and they had just finished it up. They threw in some cookies and a card for a free bowl due to the mix up. I feel like they really went above and beyond to fix the mistake. We order in a few times a year from other places, and seems to never fail someone’s is messed up, which is expected when ordering for 25+ people. I can honestly say, this is the first where the staff were extremely apologetic and threw in some extras.

Was really craving some noodles and co. Walk in and 2 people at the front counter looked at me for a while and never came up to ask me what I wanted. Kinda embarrassing when your employees don’t wanna do there job nor does management care enough to make sure they are doing there job. What a joke will not go back thanks

I ordered in-store to-go for dinner. There was maybe two other customers when i got there. Waited 35-45 minutes for my food. When I got home and opened my bag they had given me the wrong pasta order with nothing of what I ordered in it. I ordered the penne rosa with parm crusted chicken, no mushrooms. I was given what looks like zucchini noodles with broccoli, mushrooms and grilled chicken. I don’t understand how they got it so wrong. They even had the correct order on the bag.

Ordered at 5:30pm on a Wednesday in the store, didn’t get food until 6:15 and they brought the wrong food. Pasta had raw broccoli in it as well, nothing that was ordered should’ve had broccoli in it. I felt so bad for the people working, there was only three of them and the manat the counter looked lost while trying to plate orders.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and had issues before, but I kept giving them chances. This last time was the worst. I ordered the Pulled Pork BBQ Mac & Cheese and asked to substitute chicken. When I checked my order in the car, it still had pork. I went back in, and they remade it. When I got home, the new bowl had broccoli in it, no BBQ sauce, and was drenched in hot sauce instead. It looked off and tasted even worse. Easily one of the worst meals I’ve ever had.

I visited the Noodle and Company on Kristen Ln S. I came here and ordered my food just before 6:00pm. When I received my food, the roasted garlic cream tortellini, the noodles were somewhat cold and the mushrooms and zucchini didn’t taste like they were thoroughly cooked.
They weren’t even terribly busy, so I’m confused as to why this even happened.

got my food and all of it was completely wrong.
Order a chicken Alfredo with no broccoli..
They put broccoli, mushrooms and left out the main portion of the meal. The chicken. Called and the gentlemen, his excuse to why it was wrong, “we are dealing with the dinner rush”… that’s no excuse to why my dinner is wrong?? That’s a poor way to treat a customer. I shouldn’t have to this but this sent over the edge.

I had ordered online and something goofed with it and my order was canceled by their system. I called the store and talked to Logan (I believe that was his name) and he not only explained what happened, but also contacted DoorDash for me to figure it all out. He was beyond helpful and made sure that i was still able to get my order. I appreciated all his help!

I honestly do enjoy noodles & company and always have. The food is always tasty and I have no real complaints I usually just order online and go pick it up. I haven’t ordered that much within the last 4 years though. It looks like they are definitely practicing shrinkflation. $18 for this noodle bowl in the picture and the cookie. If they are struggling for business I hope they don’t wonder why. I won’t go there much anymore if it all. Again I don’t want that critique to take away from the quality and the tastiness that is usually had from their food. If price was a star rating I would give it two stars.
