I never leave reviews anywhere but this place deserves it. THEY POKED A HOLE IN MY ICE CREAM. The screen that tells you that they’re on their way out to bring you your order went away after I had already paid. So I called back to make sure they were still bringing my order and didn’t give it to someone else on accident. I thought I was pretty polite. The girl hung up on me before I could even say thank you. And when they brought it out, they acted fine, as time went on, and my ice cream started to melt a little bit. I realize that my cupholder was full and everything in it was soaked. IN ICE CREAM. manager needs to get on those disrespectful kids. Will not be going back and they need new employees. I am PISSED!!!

I usually love sonic! Unfortunately, I have never had a positive experience at this location. There is always an outrageous wait time, even when the resturant is not experiencing a rush. Additionally, after waiting 20+ minutes, the food always arrives sloppy and luke-warm. I would also avoid getting any sort of customized drinks, as they have never gotten mine correct. I will not be returning to this location.

I ordered chili cheese fries and they were terrible and tasted stale. The worker was extremely rude and I ordered a side of Cherries and he gave me a cup of ice with two singular cherries. Would not recommend

This is supposedly an Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito. 3 tater tots, small amount of egg, literally 2 small pieces of sausage and cheese. Is this what y’all call a burrito? Because this is absolutely atrocious for the amount being paid for it.

The employees that were working last night were ignoring customers and not taking orders, when they finally took my order they were extremely rude and hung up the headset, I’ve worked in food service my whole life and have never experienced the blatant disregard for customers that I experienced yesterday.

As I rule, I’m a fan of Sonic. But my experience today wasn’t too great. After waiting an unnecessarily long time for my 2 slushes, they showed up and the one that was supposed to have nerds did not even though it showed it on the receipt. The other “slush” was liquid in the bottom 1/4 of the cup. I pulled around and told them my problem. The excuse for the liquid in the slush was “All the slushes are probably like that because the slush machine is overheating.” They were not able to add nerds to the slush that was supposed to have them but they could get me another one, only it would have to be another flavor because they just ran out of the flavor I ordered. I’ve been here a total of 30 minutes now and they still haven’t brought me the correct slush with the nerds in it. What a circus. You can do better than this guys!
