I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I recently visited this Starbucks location planning to order a breakfast sandwich and grab some ice water. Shortly after, I realized I had an appointment coming up and decided to cancel the sandwich and just have some water while I waited.
Unfortunately, the employee, Jonathan Deveraux, told me he couldn’t provide water because it was “for paying customers only.” The way this was communicated left me feeling unwelcome and surprised, especially after being a loyal Starbucks customer for over 25 years.
This was the first time I’ve ever had an issue at Starbucks, which is why it stood out. I hope this feedback can be used as a coaching opportunity on how to communicate with guests and continue delivering the positive customer experience the brand is known for.

I wanted to give this place a five star rating for the overall visit, but I’m only half way done with my espresso and I’m in need of another water, and a blanket.

I went the other day to this location while in the area and I was shocked!! Shocked at the quality of customer service . Andrew was a big part of that . His warm smile and kind demeanor made me feel the experience extra special . Shout out to him. 10/10 would recommend this location.

Came in to get some coffee. It seems like since the pandemic there is a little less attention to detail/listening to the customer. I’m writing this review balanced because the drink ☕️ that I order is semi-complicated so I can understand it can get messed up but what I can’t take is a barista who stands there & argues or stands there with an attitude after I tell them nicely it’s wrong. Both Sia (as in Hi!) & Essence did a fantastic job ‘not’ taking it personal. They took it with smiles & corrected it after hearing what was wrong & didn’t try to get smart with me like many other Starbucks I have been too. They didn’t give me any lip & that’s the way it should be when your paying $6-$12 for a drink. Sia & Essence are keepers & they have good vibes. Thank you very much to the 2 of you – you both deserve 10 stars These small things can make a persons day! ☀️

Good chai tea. I’ve never had the regular hot tea from Starbucks. It was really good. I probably will try it with hit milk if they can do that. I also had the egg bites. They are alittle expensive for just 2. But so delicious love Starbucks.
