Somehow accidentally ordered online to pick up inside and when we got to the drive through we were told to come inside and pick it up. They were empty with zero line, and outside it was 40 degrees, pitch black, and drizzling. When we pulled around there were literally 3 workers inside just standing around. Two nights in a row the employees got our order wrong. They gave us the 2 cheeseburgers with no meat. They said that we asked for no meat but we did not and would not fix the order even though we paid full price. The other time we asked for honey mustard for our nuggets and they didn’t give us anything. They also gave and charged us for a large drink when we wanted a medium. Not happy with the night service, they need to get somone older than a teen running the place. We also have to wait FOREVER to get food even in the drive thru. We would rather take the time and go to St. Albans.

Don’t go here!! 50¢ for little to no Mac sauce, couldn’t get more. Stingy workers. Burgers look trashed and are dry. This place is a huge scam.
Edit..just checked my sandwich, they’d probably charge 50¢ for the other half of sliced cheese.

I placed an order through them for delivery.
The doordash driver got there and they purposely waited to cancel my order for breakfast when I placed it at 10:04am and got confirmation of it being placed for this mcdonalds address.
They continued to say that they canceled it and they “never got it” but had confirmation of it on my end. Plus doordash had it on there end. Im not impressed by this at all.

Took forever for anyone to come on the drive thru to give them my mobile order code. Kid at the window threw my food bag at me, and then I had to go back inside because he didn’t add my fries. Basically sucked as an experience.

To try order two breakfast meals and an extra hash brown. All my food was undercooked and cold. All of it all the way down to the bacon on my breakfast sandwiches. We’re pretty much raw. It’s like staffier didn’t even bother to put an effort into even make my breakfast correctly. Mcdonald’s is going downhill. And I think they’re used to be 3 pieces of bacon on a breakfast Sandwich and now there’s only 2.

THIS WAS THE GROSSEST MCDONALD’S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Bathrooms were super dirty,toilet paper everywhere. Handicap toilet was clogged with feces and urine,water everywhere. Lobby floor was littered in trash,fries and was sticky. Trash bins were overflowing onto the floor. Fries and trash on tables and under tables. Kitchen floor was covered in trash and food,there was even used napkins on the front counter!!! I also threw up after going in there and seeing how absolutely disgusting it was! Immediately walked out The “manager” that was there was just openly coughing while handling food!!!!☠️☠️

I just picked up my order drove home and my burger was thrown together …cheese not even on burger it was on thr side of container …the hamburger bun was crusty like it was old and the fries were cold only good thing was the lemonade

They offer curbside service but really slack on providing it took them 12 minutes from the time that the app said the food was on the way out to me until it actually got there by then it was cold and to top it all off I had to go in and wait another 6 minutes to get a fork because they didn’t put one in the bag
