what a way to turn it around. I am shocked. I left feedback about missing sauces and the GM called me personally. She apologized, made a commitment to coaching staff, and made it more than right with offering us a comped meal on our next visit. Customer service is an element that is lacking in business today and this response was not expected but very impressive. Thank you for making it right! We’ll be back.

I ordered food on DoorDash and specifically said no cheese due a severe dairy intolerance. ALL the food came with cheese and when I called to see if I could just go and get it remade no one answered the phone. I called twice back to back with no answer. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone this has happened multiple times to me and it seems no one there cares.

I stopped in to treat myself to a lunch. Hubbs doesn’t care for Arby’s so I don’t eat here too often.
Drive thru is the only option, and their were 5 cars ahead of me. The line moved pretty quickly for a weekday lunchtime.
I got the ham slider, snack sized curly fries and jamocha shake. Very fairly priced at $5.06 and just the right amount of food for me.

I got dinner here and the food I got which was a sandwich and mozzarella stitcks was amazing except for the SO CALLED steak bites they are not steak their more like pot roast bites they taste awful and made me sick to my stomach I highly recommend you to not buy the steak bites their terrible and look or taste nothing like steak I can’t stop being sick from those and my fiancé got sick from them too

Horrible fish , Horrible curly fries, Horrible mozzarella sticks. Must’ve been from yesterday. 30.00 for food I wouldn’t even feed my dog. Service was very slow and no one seemed to know what was happening. The atmosphere was fine , was the only one there. Wish you’d guys would do better. Sad ,food used to be good.

Arby’s is now the place to go if you want to grab and go. They have some specials ( 2 for $6 , 4 for $10 ) that can save you money and taste better than almost all the other fast food residents. Don’t know about all there menu items but they have a Ruben sandwich that is better than a lot of the sit down restaurants and the turnovers are the perfect way to finish a meal. Just yesterday I stopped at Micky D’s picked up two gift cards for the great grandkids, then drove to Arby’s too eat.
