I asked for a beef & bean burrito with cheese and sour cream. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. The person taking the order had a little trouble understanding me & the manager got on the intercom. I repeated what I wanted which I thought was a very simple order. The manager put together an order #276 that said 1 bean burrito, no beans, no red sauce, add seasoned beef, no onions, add sour cream. I didn’t ask for a bean burrito nor half the other additions & subtractions listed. I love onions! I went inside and asked for what I wanted, not the mystery burrito I was given. The manager said he would make another if I paid for it. He refused to give me his name so I could escalate the issue. I’ve never had any problem in a Taco Bell before. I used to go there all the time. I don’t think I will be back!

What an atrocious dining experience. Everything would have been good if it weren’t for the kid cleaning that slamming and sliding every chair and sliding tables across the floor and slamming them into the wall. I finally snapped and asked him to stop. He takes his ear buds out, shakes his head at me, completely ignored my request and continued to slam chairs around right next to us as me and the family tried to eat and have a conversation. What the hell is wrong with this new generation? Never again. I wish I could upload the video.

Let me just say I love the food! Always have, but the experience I just had made me never ever want to show back up again! I’ll go to Denison Taco Bell before Sherman! They can’t give me more than 10 packs of sauce even after I offered to pay…. If you have money for the extra sauce it shouldn’t be a problem. Wish I knew how to hold the damn manager accountable this isn’t okay.

I usually go there during the super late hours due to working late nights and the two older gentleman that normally work the drive through, not only are they super nice and kind, but they always get my order right. They’re super nice to chat to while I’m waiting on my food. Definitely the only Taco Bell I’ll go to in town and I appreciate how they make what sometimes feels like a long drive home after a long work day, better. The two gentlemen even though I don’t know their names, they definitely deserve a raise for being so friendly especially that late at night.

After a long day in the hospital, my daughter wanted some Taco Bell. Sadly, we were disappointed. We went through the drive thru as we had to head back home over an hour away. We were really looking forward to a nice hot meal. Our food was lukewarm at best and stale. The sad part was they were dead, and we were the only ones in the drive thru and didn’t see anyone in the restaurant. The person who took our order was impatient and rattled through our order very quickly making him hard to understand. I won’t be back should I ever be up that way again.

For a new remodeled store it was dirty the tables was unlevel on assembling they were still contractor dirt still underneath the fountain drink srand the bathroom doors couldn’t hardly lock them. The place was dirty on the dining room floor and behind the counter too. Could just imagine what it looks like where our food is made up. KFC and taco bell needs to get better managers at night so the staff or the manager can keep it clean. Not sure if coke got spilt are somebody threw up there but all they did is put a sign up saying floor may be slick. Wow ! Just see the photos u will know what I mean. Went there on 12/23/19 at about 8:00pm

Poor customer service. They Leave you standing there after acknowledging your presence for long periods of time. Thought it was something I did, until it happened to everyone else who came in after me. Not sure if they were having a bad day or if that’s normal for them.

Drive thru order taker showed no professionalism. Once I got home in the next town over I realized I was missing 2 of my tacos. Wasn’t worth the hassle to call or go back.
