Used to be good, just declines in quality every single time I return. Got this chicken tender and fries box, got charged $0.70 PER SAUCE for both, and this is what I got compared to what is advertised. It tasted terribly cheap.
No wonder there’s no one ever here. I’ll miss having this place for quick cheap eats but they just suck now in every way.

I don’t know why this particular Del Taco puts green sauce on everything. Cheddar quesadilla is inedible because you have to chew through the chilies in the green sauce. Red burrito? Nope, it’s going to be a green burrito. Extra cheese? Sure we’ll charge you, but good luck finding any cheese at all… Poor management always destroys employee morale and then you get horrible food and service. This is not Del “fresh”, It’s Del-cycled food. Honestly, ANY other location is worth the drive to save yourself from irritable bowels later.

Edited 9/30/25 under new management: I wanted a 1/2 lb Red burrito with extra cheese, a regular coke, and chilli cheese fries – She kept asking “Do you want to add sour cream to burrito?” – “EWWW NO! I said extra cheese!!!” Whelp, I guess they passed off the last customer’s discard on me, because guess what? No extra cheese, just extra sour cream that wasn’t wrapped right.

BUT the Chili Cheese Fries in the pic were just as good as they looked, after I got that nasty taste out of my mouth….

When I first arrived there it took the drive through person 3 minutes to even acknowledge me despite me saying hello and talking to the speaker the entire time. I specifically asked for no beans on my nachos and no onions and cilantro on my birria tacos. The worker even repeated it back to me because I made sure to reiterate that I specifically did not want onions or cilantro. So imagine my shock when I open up my food at home and see beans on my nachos and onions and cilantro on my tacos. It’s absolutely ridiculous, there 2 cars in the drive through and no one inside the building how could they possibly mess up my order this bad and have such slow customer service. When I worked at wendys if an entire order took more than 4 minutes from driving up to the speaker to driving away with the food it was considered slow so I feel like taking 12 minutes to get my food is kinda ridiculous.

Service is a big thing to me. In the food industry providing great customer service is priority. Unfortunately, at times it may be stressful. This is one of those times. Jasmine on night shift 8 pm drive thru and lobby cashier. Gave a bad impression to add had a lack of communication and attentiveness. Order was placed wrong. Nevertheless, kitchen staff was efficient and did not take time when correcting my order and my reciept. Once again something Cashier jasmine, did not even offer despite the customer service. Food was great.

It is a typical Del Taco establishment. This one is located on Foothill Boulevard in La Verne. I have visited this establishment, several times, on my way from work. I would visit this place, to eat my dinner. The meals were typically delicious. At the same time, they were fair priced, during my visits. Furthermore, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy the meal. Not only there was ample of space to sit down, the place was clean and neat. While, the staff, during my visits were helpful and attentive. So definitely, if anyone is in La Verne area, I would recommend to stop by this Del Taco establishment. The prices, too, are worth it!

So I’m from Chino retired elderly man of good character and I went with a woman from San dimas today Del taco for a bite to eat before movie matinee at regal Edwards. Never been in this neighborhood I was showing my date a video from you tube 1:30 and this tall white man in 50s told me to turn it off because he was eating and didn’t want any thing to disturb him and wife I guess this del taco is a place I won’t go back to or even Laverne

Went thru the drive thru and had zero issues with the order. Guy at the window double checked everything to be sure we had all items (big order) we payed for. We go to two other locations frequently and almost always are missing one or more items when we check the bags… Both locations in Upland need to improve their attention to detail in that regards! This location…. Have never had an issue with missing items.

Went to pick up an order and it took longer than 10 minutes for an online order. After ten minutes i asked how much longer it would take, and the guy handling the drive thru just kept giving me the evil eyes, like asking for the order after ten minutes was the rudest thing on the planet. He said one person was making the food. Well if it is 12:30 pm and two guys are handling the front and there are 3 women in the back, maybe get more people on the line to help her since it is the lunch rush. Makes more sense to me

The service was okay. The price was not the greatest. The floors and tables were dirty. The place was easy to find. The neighborhood was okay. I wait a little bit. The food was okay. The parking was okay. They need more people to help people.
