I was eating my sno and I noticed there was a small cockroach (or some kind of bug) at the end of the cup after I was done eating. This is disturbing and completely disgusting. I would advise others to stay far away from this place.

I go to this store everyday. Sometimes twice a day. I was not going to leave a review. But the owner has never reached out to me. It’s devastating I loved this place. But a bug in my ice. That I ate with no follow up. It’s very hurtful I’m a loyal customer. No one has reached out to me. I’m hurt I go everyday. I had to go the ER still no phone call.
Edit. The owner Paul is extremely rude. He’s upset his employees didn’t properly clean. He said to never come back. Which is funny I’m already at another Bahama Bucks who would visit somewhere with bugs?
Sachse location is much cleaner. He called me not knowing I was never planning to return. I get banned due to their bad service. Interesting. And also Paul yelled the entire time upset. Because I’m sick.

This is the third time I’ve ordered and requested extra sauce, I keep getting plain ice before ive eaten half of it.
Do I need to order triple sauce? Im confused who is teaching to be stingy when making these. If I wanted plain ground ice I would have asked for no sauce or thrown ice cubes in a blender at home. Used to love these but the quality is garbage now. Shouldn’t have to ask for extra, used to not have to anyway. Photo is after being charged for extra sauce.. dry

The ultimate place for a sweet icy treat when it’s hot outside. My kids always get a snow cone but I prefer the smoothies. Plenty of flavors to choose from and the kids that work there are usually knowledgeable and nice. Give them a try and ake sure to get your punch card for a free treat when you rack up 10 punches. Don’t worry you will be back!

My first time and I ordered a coconut kaluna, and IT IS YUMMY!!!

Today makes the 4th time I have waited over 25 min in line to roll the dice. (Blue coconut, add ice cream(missing), and cream) BASIC- Only to drive away and be let down. Of course it’s still delicious and will be eaten, just can’t trust this place.
