My order is Gluten Free and I’m so appreciative of Chick-fil-A having an option for me. Thank you so much. My chicken and fries were good. My only advice would be to check out a few other GF bun options. With heating the GF bun, which it needs, the bun cools and becomes a brick. Also there are many buns that don’t taste like sand when eating it. The seeds on top are not helping the taste at all. Thank you for reading my feedback.

We stopped at this Chick fil A while traveling and had such a lovely experience. The owner/operator was working the register and greeted us with genuine kindness which says so much about the pride he puts into this place. The decorations were wonderful too clearly set up by someone who truly cares about creating a warm inviting atmosphere. Our order was perfect the food was fresh and every team member was friendly and attentive. It was such a comforting stop during a long travel day and we will happily go out of our way to return.

Went here for the 1st time and got the spicy chicken wasn’t too hot until I added the Honey BBQ and then it was Delicious! Was surprised at the fries wasn’t expecting homestyle waffle. Worth the stop and will be going again and again.

We went to Chick-fil-A on Saturday. Realizing it would be super busy, as the parking lot was packed, we didn’t know what to expect. We were greeted at the door with a smile and promptly out order was taken. The place was clean and organized. The food was excellent. Just an all around great experience!

Chick fil A sets the standard of customer service in the fast food industry but this location goes above and beyond. The absolute BEST friendliness, courtesy, and welcoming culture toward the large group we brought in. You name it they did it: refilling waters, bringing more sauces, handing out napkins. They are AMAZING.

Amazing food and service! I have been to many Chick-fil-A restaurants across several states. So excited to finally have one in Eau Claire!
I ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich with mac n cheese and a peppermint chip shake, and all of it was amazing as always. If you have never tried their mac n cheese, you must! Their employees are always friendly, polite, kind, and professional. Their genuine care for their guests is what truly separates Chick-fil-A from all the other fast food restaurants. Their food is always outstanding. Chick-fil-A is exponentially better than any other fast food restaurant.
On opening day, the lines were long but things moved pretty quickly and everyone had patience and a great attitude. I can’t wait to come back and get more chicken! Thank you to Chick-fil-A and their amazing staff!
