I’m a vegetarian. I ordered a Mushroom, Spinach, and Cheese pasta. I received a large amount of pepperonis and sausage. and no mushrooms. Checked my receipt just in case I ordered the wrong thing. NOPE. someone just threw meat into my pasta for fun i guess.

I threw my pizza out cause I don’t know if the employee there did something to my food. The short review is spend your money on frozen pizza or a locally owned spot cause the customer service is trash and any problem you have will not be solved or addressed by any means. I’ve been going to this location for some years now and this is my last time. I may switch to home made or frozen pizzas cause if I want to be treated like garbage I can do it at home for less money. The app said my order was ready, I came in a few minutes after and they told me it was a few more minutes which is cool. I waited maybe between 8-10 with no complaints. Got my food and checked my pizza in the car and it was wrong. I came back in respectful and told them. I don’t know this guys name, he wore glasses but was as subtly rude as you can get and he never gave me my receipt back. He messed my order up and apparently gave me someone else’s pizza and made my pizza on the wrong dough. He asks me do I want that pizza he screwed up or did I want the thin crust that I ordered cause it would be insane for me to receive what I paid for. No apology, no courteousness or anything for his mistake. He just turns his back to me as I was trying to hand him his screwed up pizza. I could tell he’s annoyed that I just didn’t take the pizza. I wanted to cancel my order bad and get a refund but didn’t see how I could at that point. Had to wait another 12 minutes or so and my other food is just about cold at this point. I’m never going back just so I never have to deal with him again, I think someone called him cam but I’m not completely sure. All I know is he was like an evil lil rel howery. Go somewhere else cause the customer service at this location is awful. I didn’t even call to complain, I just submitted a complaint online cause they were playing around so much in there I doubt I’d get a manager or someone respectful to speak to. That guy was terrible and on the way out after I thanked the one employee with manners who apologized to me finally , I could see the employee I had issues with was laughing. I never gave this man an issue, spoke to him rude or anything. I’m probably done with dominos personally, yall hire some absolutely rude classless people

If you order delivery from here, just assume it’ll be an hour even at 11pm. Their estimated delivery time is wrong. And when it says the driver left the store and is 1 minute away, that’s usually a lie too and they won’t arrive for at least another 15 minutes. Then when you go to eat your food, it’ll be burnt, cold and gross. However i’ve never had a problem with pickup so clearly their delivery system just sucks here

Ordered pizza at 6:48 and was told it was out for delivery at 7:19. Pizza wasn’t delivered until almost an hour later and was ice cold. Totally ridiculous. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Don’t order here they are very careless. And didn’t care that the first pizza was raw and the second one burnt. The response was I wasn’t on the oven. Smh I’ll call corporate and food inspector tomorrow because it wasn’t sanitary for the driver to come in and put his hands straight on the pizza.

I have been ordering from this Dominos for years and I called because there was an issue with the state the pizza arrived in. After being on hold for 20 mins and finally getting someone I explained the driver left the food outside and the pizzas look like they were carried sideways. She was rude and the driver was in the background chiming in. She asked me if I accidentally dropped or knocked over the pizzas when I went outside to get them! No, if I had I wouldn’t be calling you and asking you to just pick them up and provide a refund. She eventually refunded my money and hung up on me. I don’t want anything for free, nor would I call and waste my time if it wasn’t an issue worthy of calling. I will no longer be a patron of this business or Domino’s. I don’t expect perfection but I expect to be treated with respect and halfway decent customer service when there is an issue. She made a mountain out of a molehill; I would have never written this review or wanted to take this further but now I am.

Ordered here 3 times. Every time they have taken an hour to deliver once the drive left the store. Over an hour and a half total time and we live 8 minutes away. They crushed the boxes and smashed the pizzas. Last time we attempted to order from here.
