I visited my local Lenny’s on today and I was very impressed. The crew ( Majesti and Jamarquis) were awesome. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. The store was clean and the service was exceptional. I would diffently recommend this location to visit. ❤️

We came in and ordered the fajita chicken and Philly cheesesteak, medium size. The interior was clean, service was quick, and the wait time for our subs wasn’t that long. However, the quality was subpar. The chicken fajita was inedible due to how salty it was (and I like salt). The Philly cheesesteak was dry and underwhelming.

I’m a big Lenny’s customer but it’s time to move on. This is the second time my order was lacking the quality of my past experiences. I don’t think the bacon on my sandwich was cooked/heated at all. Very disgusting to bite into a sandwich and all I taste is solid bacon fat. Highly disappointed will never order from here again. Quality is not what it use to be, don’t waste your time and money here.

I ordered a mile, high Turkey today at 11:05, I got home my bread was hard. I asked for everything on it with extra mayonnaise, and this is what I got. I tried calling back three times, and no one answered the phone. I order here all the time the past three times I’ve been very disappointed. Never did a review, but it is too expensive to not get what you paid for
