Pretty good. I don’t really change what I order here or at Dunkin but they seem to keep it consistent with the taste which I’m very happy about as somehow some people make matcha watery. All really nice staff even if someone’s being mean to them. Shout out to the person with semi pink hair, very good at their job. I can’t remember literally anyone else but what I’m saying is, all their staff is good at their jobs. Makes a decent matcha + wrap.

My ordered was taken almost as soon as I walked in the door. It was made very quickly and out to me in under 5 minutes. The girls working there were very nice and courteous and the drink+food were very good. I ordered an Oreo ice capp and a sausage egg and cheese croissant which both tasted very good lol. This location is part of a restaurant gas station chain. As a whole this location is fine. It’s normally extremely busy on the weekends due to the close proximity to local colleges. The food is what you would expect from a coffee shop. Doughnuts, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches.
The staff is always welcoming and accommodating to your needs or any special orders. Management is always willing to help if there is a problem, and is friendly.
My recommendation is to use thier mobile app as it makes life quick and easy. Choosing the pickup inside as the drive through can be slow at times.

This is a new Tim Horton’s in Gas Station plaza. The food is standard. But the facility is very clean. A good place to have a quiet cup of coffee.

I don’t understand why people like Tim Hortons so much. To me it’s no better than Dunkin Donuts, which I also don’t care for. The coffee is not very flavorful. And I had an egg and cheese on an English muffin, which did not have a good flavor. The egg didn’t taste very fresh.

I get that training new employees is tough, but this place is *slow* slow. Took over fifteen minutes just to punch in a pretty typical order, the supervisor himself had to fix it, and even then it was still screwed up! We ended up paying more for extra coffee no one could actually drink! In the future, I would really recommend streamlining things, because every step of the way seemed to lack common sense. Not worth the effort.

The last two times I’ve been to this Tim Hortons this week I’ve had to wait for a few minutes and had to say “hello” to be helped at the drive through. Just go to Dunkin, at least they greet you. “Hi what can I get for you” maybe some real service??? ☕️

They are insanely slow. Took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. Then we we finally did, everything was ice cold. We ordered hot food and drinks. My avocado toast was also upside down in the bag. Worst service I’ve ever had. Not impressed.

I’m sorry, I don’t have great expectations from any Tim’s, but I ordered a toasted plain bagel with butter and plain cream cheese with a coffee with a splash of cream.
I received a cinnamon raisins bagel… With GARLIC cream cheese. The coffee was more a cup of cream with a splash of coffee.
Unfortunately, I saw all that after we drove through the borders, so they didn’t have the chance to correct their mistake.
