Id leave no stars if I could but you can’t. I ordered and everything bagel with cream cheese and an iced chai latte with two pumps of butter pecan. I left with some coffee caramel drink and got home and had a plain bagel with cream cheese. The staff sucked and I will never go back here again.

I literally ordered a medium hot chocolate and when I got home and opened the lid this is what I saw. Every time I go there there’s always issues. They don’t know what they’re doing or how to make anything correctly. One of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I used to work at one so I know it doesn’t bubble up so there’s no excuses the person who made this just stopped in the middle of the cup and handed it to me and charged me for the medium.

I go here at least three times a week, the older lady that talks at drive-thru most days I go is so friendly and polite.
My only complaint would be sometimes when I get my large coffee, it isn’t filled up all way. I’m paying $3 for a coffee, I want those few extra ounces of coffee. I’d rather have it leak it a little and get my money’s worth!
Update, here’s another unfilled coffee…guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!
Update 2,coffee isn’t as empty but the toasted bagels seem to be microwaved at this location. Yalesville,south colony and the location near home depot always toast tye bagel to enhance the crispy sesame bagels,I prefer turkey sausage on mine !

My experience was great . I believe my server name was Iris and she was so polite and a pleasure to start my morning off. Her greeting brings so much joy to my day. I honestly love coming here because she makes people feel important and appreciated and I hope she feels the same. Thank you for amazing service. This is one of my favorite places for breakfast. This Dunkin Donuts has been terrible for a few years now, it probably began to go downhill after covid happened. Tonight I go to order a drink at the drive thru and the person at the drive thru ignored me for 10 minutes. So I then pull up knock on the window and they ignore me while they continued to sweep the floor.
They also tend to run out of donuts very early during most days of the week and don’t bother making anymore once they’re out. Absolutely terrible it’s unfortunate. I will not be coming to this location anymore. I only went to this location tonight because the other ones were closed. But after today no more.

The coffee is good if the order is ever right. How you confuse Mocha with Pumpkin is beyond me. Ordered one iced coffee mocha, two hot pumpkin for later. Everything was mocha. Happens 2-3 times, and with how pricy coffee is getting it’s just not worth it anymore.

I don’t know her name, but she is the sweetest lady ever. I go to this Dunkin location exclusively for a couple reasons. One, the lady who always says “good morning sweetie”. Two, they’ve never messed up my order, never had burnt tasting coffee. Three, quick and efficient regardless how long the line is. Keep up the good work!!
