I always get the Del Beef Burrito when I come to a Del Taco. A large, thick burrito with nothing but beef, cheese and red sauce.
These things are better than anything put out by Taco Bell – though I must admit I do honestly prefer the taste of Taco Bell’s meat. But trying to get a burrito there that is only beef and cheese is expensive.
EDIT: The owner seems to be under the impression that I didn’t get quality service. I don’t know what they’re talking about, i thought i left a fairly positive review. I would respond to them directly but Maps doesn’t seem to allow that.
My experience was good and positive and virtually identical to any other experience at Del Taco that I’ve had. This was not a negative review. And the people who responded for the owner disappoint me

This Del Taco restaurant was disgusting. The worker didn’t know what she was doing. She charged me for an extra drink I didn’t want, and this strawberry lemonade had a dead fly in it. I felt so disgusted, and I didn’t want to eat my food. I am definitely not going back there.

Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes before anyone even asked what I was there for. Manager was just standing behind the employee entrance talking away. Employees just talking away not servicing people inside the waiting area. Proceeded to wait another 15 minutes after being asked what I was there for to get the food I needed. Extremely horrible experience with employees.

I’m at the Del in La Quinta! They do get a lot of things right here,but they struggle in a few areas. Number 1 is today! I ordered a Double Del Combo meal #16. That comes with cheese, except they are out of cheese. This is the dryest burger I have ever had and with no cheese will almost go into the trash but I need to eat…very disappointing.
Your bathroom situation is and always has been a problem. There are times when it is not open and it is the outside type which means your employees leave their post and have to meet me outside very difficult and in today’s world, this place is living in the 50.s. the burger was thrown out!:no way I can eat this!!!
They do have the music on and that is something I can’t say about your other locations Jerry! The only 2 Del’s that have music consistently on is Palm Desert by Deep Canyon and this location The Dillon location had turned theirs off and same with Washington and 111. The employees seem to be able to do what they want with music and that is not play it.
So my experience today is very poor and unacceptable!!

It’s ridiculous that they won’t accept a $50.00 dollar bill to pay for a $34+ order. I had to leave the drive thru go to 7eleven make a purchase to get change, then go back to pick up my cold food. I reached out to Del Taco on their x page, and all they asked was what happened. When I replied explaining what happened. They never responded back. Won’t do that again.

Went through the drive thru. Completely messed up our order. Missing items, swapped items, and slow service. Had to ask for a receipt and got an attitude from the enployee. Disappointing considering this used to be my go-to spot for late night food. Will be a while before I try again. Shame.

The food and the service was great. The trash cans were full and most of the tables were unclean. It looked like they had plenty of staff. Maybe a management issue? Either way, I did enjoy my meal.

Just horrible and I keep giving this indio location chance after chance because it’s so close to home and the convinience of being opened 24 hrs, but man it’s just so frustrating that they can never get my order right to save their lives, my fave burrito with “NO PICO DE GALLO” and to no ones surprise when i get home and open the burrito with pico….. I’m done…. Fast food is not that cheap anymore either, again it’s super frustrating
