I love this taco bell, and I typically have a great experience here, but this previous time i got a crunch wrap and it tasted odd.. the tostada shell inside was completely rancid and disgusting. I’m disappointed, but definitely not a deal breaker

I’ve never been to this one before. I’m impressed. It’s the best one I’ve been to so far. Also, it’s helpful they have a soda machine that you can use yourself, very convenient. Looked clean and spacious; looked like a restaurant and not a fast food place.

I used this location multiple times. It has been my go-to place to get some food delivered quickly at a reasonable price. I have used both drive-through and at the restaurant. Both experiences were good.the interior of the place is well maintained. The food is always delivered fast and typical taco bell quality. The staff is friendly.

Ordered on line. Ordered 3 items and 3 fire sauces. They gave me no sauces. I am sorry I love taco bell but the sauces nashe the meal and I count how many I need…1 for a taco, larger item might need 2. I don’t waste or order extra sauce… they gave me none so I paid for a order that was very unsatisfying
Never pay for delivery again if this is how they treat the order

Had some food delivered for an easy Sunday night, but probably should have sucked it up and done it myself. I don’t get what is going on at this location, but it seems that evening shift royally sucks. My son’s taco was a JOKE. We even paid for toppings and they weren’t put in. There was barely any meat. Some other items were under filled.
It’s NOT HARD to measure the same amount each time. The very basic of fast food is consistency and it seems workers don’t care to even do that.
For management: If you like making money, fix these things now. Did you know your location “runs out of meat” almost every time I’m there in the evening? Maybe you need to pay your employees a better wage?
Update, August 2025:
The owners must hate money… it’s the only logical explanation, aside from them deliberately reducing portions and not allowing enough beef to be cooked. Why is night shift still a joke? Food is still barely filled with ingredients, orders are messed up, running out of meat. If you get there any later than 9-10pm, you will be disappointed.
You close at 1am…if you can’t keep the food at least “edible without pissing off your customer”, start closing at 10pm.

I ordered around 1:20ish. The food was good! Everything was there including the toppings I ordered were on it. Excellent customer service. Don’t understand some of the negative reviews. My order was perfect!

This Taco Bell is actually well run well staffed and the people care about getting the order right. It also doesn’t close early. If you want Taco Bell come here whatever you do don’t ever go to the Taco Bell/KFC in Exton.

Decent place, but absence of salt in supreme chicken chalupas and absence of salt packets inside of the place is saddening. Fries… were not fried, more like “boiled”

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place ever. They need to bring back the 7-Layer Burrito, though! I miss that
