First time here and Mango the server was so kind and sweet and helpful.
The chicken fingers were so juicy and tender and the batter was perfect. My husband loved his chicken burger.
Nice clean store with outdoor seating as well!

Finally a visit to Spokanes Raising Cane’s. Very busy at drive through and parking lot. We managed to snag a table for 4. We ordered 4 four piece that came with crinkle cut fries, garlic bread and coleslaw, drink. The food was out fast and hot. Staff were busy cleaning tables and garbage. Thanks Colton for being so friendly and helpful. Really like the football moves u used to save our drink cups. 4 of them. Order was perfect. Only thing I didn’t like was way too much ice in cups.

The chicken tenders were on another level—incredibly juicy and perfectly cooked. While the “viral sauce” was a nice addition, it wasn’t particularly unique; it tasted mostly like a blend of mayo and ketchup. However, the quality of the meat is the real standout here. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you are a fan of chicken livers!

I’m overjoyed that Spokane finally has their own Raising Canes!!!!!
If you are not using the chicken as a vehicle to get the sauce in your mouth, you are doing it wrong. The chicken is always hot and never dry. Never. It pairs best with the sauce. Crinkle cut fries: salty, delicious, also great with sauce. Texas toast is buttery and delicious. Coleslaw – I skip it. The sweet tea is authentic.
The sauce is magic. It’s got great flavor with a kick, like someone helped Zips sauce to grow up and have a bit of attitude.
Pictured: 4 piece, no slaw, extra fries. Extra sauce. Sweet tea.

Raising Cane’s proves that you don’t need a huge menu to be successful—you just need to perfect one thing. Their chicken fingers are consistently excellent: tender, never greasy, and sporting a satisfying crunch. They focus on quality, and it really shows in every bite.
But let’s be honest, the true legend is the Cane’s Sauce. It’s the signature creamy, tangy, and peppery condiment that transforms the already great chicken into a completely addictive meal. Everything else (fries, toast) is simply a vehicle for that golden sauce. If you’re looking for high-quality tenders and a dipping sauce that deserves its own fan club, Cane’s is the place to go.

Went around 12:30pm with my friend, we had a wonderful experience. Even with how busy it was for opening week they got us our food in 5 minutes. The staff were wonderful and super kind, offering to refill drinks, opening doors, and they were all super polite and happy. The food was super fresh and delicious, tenders were perfectly crisp, and the Texas Toast was toasted and tasted wonderful. Canes sauce is awesome too! The environment was super lively and everything was very clean. 10/10 experience.

The value is Terribly overpriced, terribly small portions. I ordered The Box meal 4 pieces of disappointment. The strips were small and not very crispy, the fries were soggy(we ate them right away in another parking lot), and the Texas toast was mid at best.
They were distracted and busy taking, not very friendly in the drive through.
I will NEVER frequent them again. I will never recommend them to anyone. Overall I am disappointed and sad. I had high hopes after reading about the hype. I am not a fan boy of any of their competitors, this is a review of them in a vacuum.

Went here for the first time today. Ordered three caniac boxes, 2 the box , and one 3 piece. It came out to a little over $100. Substituted cole slaw for extra fries. The chicken was cooked right but had no flavor, we personally like a little kick in our chicken. The fries were not seasoned and not cooked crispy enough. The toast was ok, the sesame seeds were weird on it but overall good flavor. I tried the cole slaw and it was ok just like any other coleslaw. The sauce they provide was the favorite part of the meal. The drinks were filled with ice which I did enjoy at the end of the drink. Nothing fancy just cross it off our restaurant list.

Not often I leave negative reviews but I need to be honest. I’m from Vegas and Raising Cane’s is my favorite fast food chain restaurant. I was excited to try this one since I moved to Spokane a few years ago. It was very busy, typical of Canes, it’s just like this in other states, drive thru line extended to the adjacent road and inside the store was packed.
Pros:
Food taste just like other raising canes, what I expected.
Employees were friendly and restaurant was kept clean despite how busy it was.
Order was done quickly despite being busy.
Cons:
Shop unable to order from app. And employees unable to scan caniac card at cashier.
Some chicken pieces were unusually short, I’ve been to stores in other states and I always get pieces with double the meat. I’m not sure if it was a mistake but I felt cheated, as if tenderloins were cut in half, and compensated with extra batter. There’s a reason I want Canes and not KFC.
I ordered 2 box combo with no coleslaw, extra toast, and extra sauce for both combos, even though I paid for the extra sauce, I didn’t get it and still had the coleslaw with no extra toast on both combos. I didn’t bother coming back since I took it to go and parked farther away, didn’t feel like it was worth the trouble to go walk back and back in the line.
You can see in the picture the order and the picture of the food. I understand the restaurant was busy but for the slogan “never compromise quality” hanging on the wall, it didn’t seem like that was the case.
For anyone reading this, take it as you wish, raising canes is still my favorite chain, however I might not come back to this one again.

I dont understand the excitement about these chicken sandwich places. I went there was no wait this day for whatever reason. People outside were nice but I literally have never been here before and they are staring at you like you are supposed to know what you want. Then since I’m paying cash, they have me pull up to the window instead and the people inside are carrying on listening to music and really didn’t seem to give a crap that I was there. Took my money with no thank you, no greeting. Asked for tarter, she said all they had was fry sauce and it was in the bag. Got my sandwich and fries tried driving and eating as always and the sandwich is falling apart all over the place. No way possible to eat this thing with one hand. It eas basically 2 chicken steips on a bun so sintead of one patty they kept falling out. It was nothing special at all and wouldn’t you know it no sauce in the bag at all for my fries as I specifically requested at the window and was reassured but they clearly never checked.
1st time here and last time ever here. No thanks. This place will not last in Spokane. At least they try harder next door at the other chicken place that I rarely go to either.
