Service took 20 minutes for a simple order, then messed up what I received anyways. Avoid this location, they do not know what they are doing. Every time I drive by it is empty, and if I see a car in the drive thru, I am surprised and feel bad for them because I know their order will be wrong.

Went to this Arby’s to get food, didn’t bother even ordering after I tried using the women’s restroom. I walked into the women’s restroom where there are two stalls with fully functioning doors and locks, and a male employee was using the women’s restroom without bothering to shut the stall door. I ended up walking out and I’m not sure if the male employee bothered to wash his hands when he came out of the women’s restroom all worked up.

I wasn’t feeling well so we ordered through door dash. I got a medium lemonade with my meal, I had to pay $1.16 extra for the good lemonade when it came it was in a small cup. So not only do you pay extra for the “good stuff” they give you less than what you should get. Make it make sense.

You know the old saying 10% of the people do 90% of the work. I was pleasantly surprised to see a whole team effort in order to make my visit enjoyable. I was checked on throughout my stay by 5 different employees. Including one who had just gotten off duty and was trying to leave. My food was freshly made. I didn’t enter the restroom. But the rest of the space was acceptable eat clean. Keep up the good work Arby’s!

We ordered in the drive-thru, the young man was very kind and enthusiastic. The food quantity was lacking. I received crinkle fries when I did not ask for them and they were cold and stale. I thought curly fries were the standard at Arby’s. The beef and cheese was missing half of the meat.

Once again did not have all the food in the bag. We live very close to this location so when on a hurry for dinner it’s an easy go to option. This happens way too often at this location. No attention to detail. Side note maybe the manager should was his hands after using his cell phone without gloves before touching food. ( its a critical health code violation)
