Delicious food and great service!
We had a lovely dinner at Elaichi in St Clears. The food was full of flavour and freshly cooked — everything from the starters to the main course was spot on. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Elaichi in Carmarthen! The food arrived piping hot, incredibly fresh and full of flavour – every dish was rich, perfectly spiced and clearly made with care. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients.
Delivery was impressively fast, especially considering the awful rainy weather, and we were staying at a holiday lodge which isn’t always the easiest place to find. Despite the horrible conditions, our food arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
A special mention to the gentleman who delivered our order – such a lovely, friendly chap! Polite, cheerful and genuinely warm, which made the whole experience even better.
Outstanding service, delicious food, and a team that clearly cares about their customers. We’ll definitely be ordering again – highly recommend!

Elaichi was an amazing food experience. We ordered some naan bread, paratha, the chef’s special gravy, and a chicken gravy. Everything was delicious, and we had a fantastic meal. In addition to the food we ordered, we also received some complimentary papad and sauces, which were both nice. The only thing we were slightly dissatisfied with was finding a place to park our car. There were a few street parking spaces outside, but we had trouble finding them. Otherwise, Elaichi was an amazing and unforgettable experience.

The staff were polite, but the order took quite a while to be prepared. The egg fried rice and paneer gravy were decent, but the naan bread was completely charred and burnt. Since it was a takeaway order, I couldn’t return it—it smelled burnt and was inedible, so I had to throw it away. The paneer tikka was also very hard and chewy. Overall, it was a big disappointment. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t go back again.

The staff were not personable or friendly, and the place was cold. The inner door didn’t close properly and so allowed cold air in everytime someone came in or out.

Booked the ‘meal deal’ on the phone and told them on arrival we had, we ordered from the menu we were given and ate the best Indian meal ive ever eaten, then on payment told we hadn’t ordered from the right menu, such a shame because a lovely night was spoit, but thank you for the great service and meal.

Great food, great portions and plenty to choose from. The choice of meats are very generous, with Chicken, lamb, beef, prawn, king prawn or duck with every dish. 100% visit again.
Make sure that when you book ask if for payment method, as we had to do a bank transfer as the card machine was not working.

I’ve just had a takeaway. Paid £16 for two portions of chicken pakora. Just got home and there were five small pieces of pakora in the bag. Honestly feel like £16 is a hell of a lot for five pieces of chicken. And what’s one portion? Two 1/2?
