Dairy Queen Grill and Chill Saukville, Wisconsin was a pleasant surprise. I must admit that I haven’t been to a Dairy Queen in quite a while. This location was clean and well maintained. We wanted to pick up an ice cream cake for the boy’s 5th birthday. We selected a colorful, already decorated cake. We requested some writing on the cake, and we were pleased to find that one of the associates was very artistic. We also ordered a Dairy Queen soft serve cone. The cake turned out fantastic. The cake tasted fresh and everyone enjoyed it.
Prices were reasonable. There is a parking area in the front of the restaurant. Look forward to the next trip. I definitely want to try one of their burgers!

So I just came from there like 10 minutes ago the staff were very rude for one. For two when I got home to open my food in my seven dollar meal deal box there was a dirty straw wrapper.. Directly on top of my fries, I was very disgusted and couldn’t even eat my food.. I will be calling corporate that is very unsanitary

Very attentive and personable staff. Immediately re-poured/soft-served the cone bc they didn’t think it would dip into the chocolate shell well. (Would have appreciated eating their mess-up tho. ) I appreciate the rewards app as well.

I would rate this a 5 star, but the way the manager had talked me like I was a child.
I’m an adult. It all started when my order was taken by a really nice cashier. I ordered a meal which came with a blizzard. I was asked if I wanted my blizzard later after I ate my meal. I said sure. I got my meal and ate in my car. When I was done with my meal, I went back to get my blizzard, which was already paid for. The manager said that we don’t do that and said to me, “Don’t you do that again.” I told him that the cashier said I could. I felt the manager should have said it in a different way. I told him don’t get mad with me. I’m going to rate this a 2 star. The manager needs to learn how to talk to a black woman. Will not be going back there again.

VERY dirty. Ran by children wo do not care about food safety or sanitization. Not one clean table at 11.30am am. Everything was sticky. Food was forgotten. I had to go find it myself. As well as the family sitting across from us we all waited 30 minutes for a simple burger combo. Watching ppl come in and order the same thing and fly out the door with their orders.

The place overall seemed nice and clean with and ok atmosphere. Everything quickly shifted with rudeness and sarcasm by a worker named Crystal. I explained that we had another order that was placed and she said when it gets done it will be here very rudely .My sister had a issue with the wrong sandwich she said talk to a manager that she couldn’t help.She spoke with a male manager who stated he couldn’t lose money and the sandwich was never touched because it was made incorrectly, No accommodations with a 50 dollar order. That was my first and last time dining there!

Okay when you serve an ice cream cone from the drive-through to a person in a car, you probably want to make sure the ice cream cone isn’t dripping and melting instantly. If it is, then you remake the cone. 2 star.

Place has gone downhill recently. Especially since they changed the chicken strip baskets from in a box to separate open containers. Toast is barely buttered. Everything is covered with napkins and smooshed into one bag.
Instead of raised lids, they smash on soda cup lids onto overflowing blizzards when you ask in the drive thru for them to be covered.
Very disappointed.
