Amazing place! The vegan sushi was delicious, the believer roll was very tasty! We also loved the curry ramen and the bao buns. Highly recommend!!!

Our experience in this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I came here with a friend who is vegetarian and wanted to try vegetarian sushi. I made a reservation but honestly, we would have been ok without it because the restaurant wasn’t too busy. Parking is a pain because it is all street parking or $20 garage parking. We drove around the area for 10-15 mins but managed to get a street spot. The ambiance of the restaurant is elegant and modern. You’d do well in casual and dressed up attire. The service is ok. They only had one server on when we were here and she seemed a teeny bit overworked.
For food, we ordered the vegan bao buns, the prophecy and believer rolls, and the original chicken karaage. The food was excellent! I might become a vegan sushi concert now lol! We were really full from the rolls and the bao buns, so we didn’t have the karaage. I ate the karaage next day and it was good. I should have ordered the spicy one because the original karaage was pretty plain and needed some hot sauce.
The restaurant can get a little pricey but with the limited vegan options in the sushi world, this is a good spot to consider.

The food is really pretty, the sushi was great, the curry was really good, I don’t think I’d order the corn again personally but that’s just me, the server could have paid a little more attention, they were over there watching tables but it took quite a while for them to actually come over and take the order and then we had to motion to them to bring the check. I would probably go back for the sushi alone though.

I wasn’t super impressed with the my curry, and my daughter’s sushi looked better than it tasted. My other two sons order the ramen, and they really enjoyed it. Overall we enjoyed the atmosphere, the planes flying overhead, and the neighborhood.

Quite the disappointing experience as was the food. I was enthusiastically looking forward to trying all the vegan specialty sushi rolls. Nothing particularly “special” about any of the 4 rolls we tried as they all tasted indistinguishable from one another; kinda mushy too.
Service was also coming up short. Our estimated wait time for a table was grossly underestimated which impacted the parking situation. After waiting longer than we should have for a table, we were quickly provided glasses for self-served water. After we placed our food order, I was expecting to wait a descent amount of time until our food arrived considering the amount of time we had waited. This place has such great reviews; great food must take some time to prepare…But that was not the case. We were rushed our underwhelming sushi rolls and continued to drown in the dirty dishes that were never cleared from our table. Had to request drink refills which is just annoying because that’s simply “Serving tables 101”… overall experience felt rushed, including the staff’s eagerness to collect on the bill!!!

We tried Little Italy sushi too – which was good and next time (yes, I’m definitely going back), I want to try Believer.
The ramen was also amazing! I think the choice of vegetables in the classic broth was perfect and taste was very earthy – absolutely amazing!
And the best part of the place is that you can literally watch ✈️ above you! Oh man, what a place! Worth the money and experience. Can’t wait to go back and take my family and friends. ❤️
