The service was okay but could have been better, to begin, when they brought out our pizza, they had dropped slices from our pizza on our way to our table, waiter offered to make us a personal size pizza to make up the pizza slices they had dropped but we never received, second when we took home the leftover pizza slices, i decided to reheat a slice pizza, mid way into eating my slice of pizza i happened to feel a shark object/piece scrape the top of my mouth gum, I spit it out, just to see it was a piece of FINGERNAIL! That is so freaken DISGUSTING! Had i just thrown away the leftover pizza no one would have known. So I then called the store sights “manager” and he told me to bring in the slice of pizza with the finger nail and see what they can work/fix about the disgusting fingernail that was found in my pizza and when I did do that, the person that picked up my call and told me to being in the slice off pizza, he wasn’t even the manager but an assistant manager and he said he couldn’t do anything about it until tomorrow November 2nd 2025, not only was my time wasted but nothing was fixed.

I have ordered from this particular round table 3 times. Twice from doordash and once a friend picked up. All 3 times the pizza had crust bubbles on the pizza. And not just in one spot. One time it was to the point that wash slice had some. I feel like that is unacceptable in general, but especially not as the standard. I mean the good parts still tasted good. But I’m gonna try a different location now. It’s a shame this is the one doordash uses

My pizza was dry .the sauce was missing .the driver Sonia noticed of my salad was not there say they put together something and that’s it in the container and then the burnt cinnamon twist.i grow up going to this round table …. Ok if young ones new at work but there is a training part to do to not have this happen.Yes like the manager be there witnesses the action of there employees.i should get a total refund of $70.17 .this was a head aches.

Easily the worst round table in Santa Rosa. Dirty kitchen rude staff musty dining area just go to another location in town. I ordered a pizza picked it up and it was missing topping and instead of remaking my pizza they just threw the topping on my warm pizza and gave it back to me.

This place feels like the staff are underpaid, if you know what I mean. That’s the vibe. When we went in, it was pretty empty, but there were a lot of unbussed tables. Our single pizza took close to an hour for us to get, when no one else was there. When we left, the same tables were still dirty.
That said, the pizza was good, and the staff were helpful. They might just be understaffed.

It’s smaller than it used to be but it’s quaint there’s not a lot of good arcade games but the staff was pleasant and the food was hot and it was a great deal so I’m going to give it 4 thumbs up
