Amazing dining experience! I was looking for somewhere to stop on the way to Livermore for a birthday brunch, and Bistro 135 did not disappoint!! We were warmly greeted at the front. The Bistro is very cute and nicely appointed. The service by Meadow was exceptional!!
The food was absolutely delicious and very reasonablypriced!! We were a party of 5. Everyone had something different and every dish was outstanding! I had the shrimp and Farina dish, which was amazing!
They celebrated my birthday with a complimentary ice cream sundae bar.
I HIGHLY recommend Bistro 135 if you’re in the area, or not. Worth the drive from Sac. We are returning soon.

I’ve been coming to Bistro 135 for many years now, and even with the new ownership, the food and service have consistently been outstanding. The owners, chefs, bartenders, and staff always go above and beyond when they see me, which makes every visit feel warm and personal.
It’s one of my favorite spots in town—especially for a late-night dessert and nightcap with the girlies. Earlier this year, I had the chance to host my birthday brunch here with about 20 of my favorite gals, and the team truly went out of their way to make me feel special.
The aesthetic and vibe are completely my style, and I would highly recommend Bistro 135 for lunch, dinner, or weekend brunch with family and friends.

Came here for the first time today but it won’t be the last. Everything from the service to the food was amazing. Loved the Cuban egg rolls! The light on the table are touch functional, if you need something you change the light from gold to white. When you want the bill you change the light to pink.

1st time going here on a Saturday brunch time. The manager and wait staff were welcoming, and gracious . The ambiance was nice and what I ordered was simply Deeeeliiish! I had the chicken and waffle and the waffle was made with plantains and bacon in the mix and the 2 chicken thighs were cooked to perfection with a crispy coating. The coffee was nice and smooth and I ended it with their Breakfast Shot .

We went on Valentine’s Day weekend hoping to try the scallops, but they weren’t available due to the limited menu. I’m a pescatarian with a citrus allergy, so I made it very clear that I could not have lemon in my drink or my shrimp scampi.
My drink arrived garnished with a dried orange and had to be remade. When the scampi came out, it also tasted like lemon and had to be sent back. The remade dish came out noticeably smaller, which was disappointing.
The risotto ball appetizer was genuinely great — the best part of the meal. However, having to repeatedly address a citrus allergy and then receiving a reduced portion left a bad impression. The manager discounted 20% off the drink — about $3 on a $105 bill — which felt more like a formality than a real resolution.
Busy holiday or not, food allergies should be taken seriously. Unfortunately, the service overshadowed the food, and I won’t be returning.

Kirsten is hands down the best when making drinks!! great service, food is always hitting the spot and the ambience just sets the scene. Kennedy really makes you feel welcomed and at home !! We were very excited to try Bistro 135. It ended in total disappointment. My wife and I decided to do a date night in Tracy and find a nice place to eat. The restaurant itself looked very promising with outdoor seating and it was a very nice evening. We were seated promptly and asked our water preference as we were chose our table. After being seated we were ignored for about 10 to 15 minutes before being asked again what kind of water we preferred. We told the server and they went off to get the water and returned pretty quick. We sat there for another long few minutes before one of the servers asked if we’d been attended to. We said no and he said what’s going on around here? I said that’s what I want to know. I was not rude and spoke a little playfully but he understood my displeasure. He sent someone out to get our drink order and I thought it best to go ahead and order our entrees at this rate. The same server that checked on is before came it again as we waited, again for several minutes and asked about our drinks. I told him what we ordered and the drinks were finally brought out. It took another few minutes for the food to come out. I told my wife this service has been horrible, let’s hope the food makes up for it. It didn’t! My spaghetti was made with angel hair pasta and it was so dry and clumping together. It was hard to eat. The chicken was cooked well at least, but I chose an Italian restaurant for the pasta. It was tasteless. My wife’s pesto was a little better but nothing to write home about. Not much for taste either. My entree tasted like something you could have bought at Trader Joe’s. I rarely give a 1 Star review but this 1 star was well earned. I highly don’t recommend it

We went for brunch with friends who live in Tracy. It was the perfect spot! Atmosphere had a great vibe, our server was attentive and engaging, food was unique and delicious. We ordered the Dipping Station as a breakfast appetizer and our party of 7 shared. I had the Spicy Breakast Carbonara- 10/10! You got to try this place!

A huge rave for Kennedy, she is hands down the best bartender in Tracy, actually the best we’ve ever had. We followed her to Bistro and are so happy we did. The service is top tier, everyone is attentive and caring. The food and attention to detail is above and beyond. The ambiance is 5 star, and the signature cocktails are delicious. Its nice to be able to have a nice date night without traveling outside of Tracy. The ownership here is doing a great job.
