Trendy outpost offering sushi rolls, Asian fusion dishes & cocktails in a cool, low-lit atmosphere.

I routinely go to Red lantern, the food is outstanding, the service is superb and the atmosphere nothing short of majestic. If you enjoy sushi this is a go-to place. Their presentations are a work of art
I was there last evening this is what was presented to me. To be honest I don’t even think twice of going to another sushi restaurant in Rhode Island Mass or Connecticut.

This is my second time eating here and both times went well. I got sushi both times and it was great! Everyone else at the table had Chinese and enjoyed it.
Its a very dark but sexy type of restaurant.
I paid for the birthday parade which with tax and a tip they charge you for it comes to $94 but it came with free desert, a bottle of champagne, free rickets to Shrine below, and you get to hit a gong Infront of everyone, it was a blast!

This was our first time here, and it definitely won’t be our last! The food is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere was awesome! I think my favorite thing we had was the lobster Rangoons!! They were amazing! The sangria is very good as well. The bathrooms were very clean, as well as the restaurant!

Red Lantern at Foxwoods Casino is definitely the schmanciest sushi spot close to Strawberry Park Resort Campground. We were excited to return for their all-you-can-eat sushi special during the week, which we remembered from a previous visit. After checking their Facebook page, we found out the special had moved to Thursdays, so we planned a date night.
True to our usual style, we didn’t make reservations and arrived for a later dinner. Despite the casino being nearly empty, there were no tables available, but we managed to snag seats at the bar.
The all-you-can-eat sushi special is $30 per person, but the rules were stricter this time around—no sharing and no getting all the sushi at once. We suspect a more lenient server let us bend the rules before, but this time, we had to awkwardly avoid sharing and just describe to each other how delicious our choices were! The rules allow for two rolls at a time, then down to one. We each tried five rolls—our favorite was the Rock Roll, while the Hawaiian roll was our least favorite, unfortunately ending on a weird note.
We also tried the Scorpion Bowl, which was decent but lacked the signature flame. As my husband smartly pointed out, no flame leaves more room for the drink—at $55, that’s probably for the best!
10/10 for ambiance and the cool factor of having Scorpion Bowls. Bonus point for the cool view of Shrine Nightclub when you head to the restroom.

Been a while since my wife and I have been to Foxwoods (years)… we went down a couple of weeks ago and had reservations at The Red Latern… From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect… The Host was amazing. We sat in her sisters section… The atmosphere was perfect… service was fast, I mean fast and perfect. The food was amazing and reasonably priced… it’s over an hour drive for us to come here, but it’s absolutely worth it, I can’t wait to come back!

This is a cool restaurant specialized in Asian fusion located in the Foxwoods resorts, closer to the Tower unit. The vibe is extraordinary and this alone could make your dining experience superb. Mine was slightly below superb.
I am not sure if this restaurant still offers all you can eat sushi deals (with many rules which I am totally fine with m). Even though my server was very attentive and had that perfect hospitality voice/demeanor, it took extremely long time between the refills. Each refill order felt extremely awkward as well. Or could have been a tactic to control food cost and if it is, I totally understand. But it negatively impacted my dining experience.
Despite this slight negativity, I was impressed with pretty much everything else, including the quality of sushi roll. I was looking at other tables and all food items looked delicious and beautiful presented. I highly recommend this restaurant of your next travel plan includes staying at Foxwoods resort.

I went for the Wednesday night all you can eat. Ended up getting the Char Siu Pork, the Steak Skewers and the General Tso’s. Great flavor! Served hot. Not rushed. Summing it up – the food was fantastic! Completely equal to the service – which was a cut above. Definitely a restaurant that makes you feel welcomed, with a staff who go out of their way to be helpful and kind. …and they know their stuff – offering great recommendations for both food and drinks. I would definitely recommend the Red Lantern at Foxwoods any time you’re in the area.

Always wanted to try this place but never got to because of the weird times they are open but FINALLY got to go and I loved it! We ordered the crispy pork dumplings for an appetizer. Then we got the $48 build your own sushi boat. Super good and totally worth the price! The ambience was perfect. Thought it was cool that downstairs was a club. Will be back!

This used to be one of my favorite places. This is the second time in a row that we’ve had a very underwhelming experience. This past time (on the 25th) was extremely disappointing. We were one of the first to enter when the door opened. Sat quickly and staff was friendly. Our entres (both ordered general tso chicken with no pineapple) arrived not even 2 minutes after our appetizers. The broccoli was extremely hot, yet the chicken was luke warm at best. The chicken seemed like maybe it was leftover from the day before. Besides not being hot and fresh, it was tough and all the chicken to kind of clumped together in a very unappealing way. Our waiter was hard to get a hold of, but friendly. By the time he came back, we were ready to go. We did take our leftovers, but there was no hope for the chicken. The broccoli was good though. Dumplings were still amazing as always.
I don’t think we’ll be back, at least not for a long while.
