I’ve been coming here a year now and today I just had to write a review! Christian and Jackson were so kind patient. The bowl I had today was one of the best I’ve had all year. I got a steak bowl with queso and each bite was just perfect. My husbands steak stack was also delicious! Thanks guys!

Ordered for delivery. Despite our food being delivered about 30 min after we ordered it was freezing cold. Cheese not even remotely melted. Meat cold all the way through. 2 drinks and an extra cookie were left out. Only 1 of the 4 burritos we ordered had the correct ingredients. Very unhappy.

My son dashed some food from Moe’s last night. The portion size was good, but the thing is, it was not what he ordered. They added stuff he didn’t want. I tried it because he is a picky eater, most youngins are. It was between 9 and 10 p.m. so it tasted fine to me. He told me that I could eat the food because he didn’t want it. Of course it was too late to eat anyway so I put it in the fridge. I tried it out a little while ago and it was not good at all. This is coming from a person that eats avacoda with salt only and I love it. That was my first experience with them so I will give it another try. My son was not pleased at all.

Most times we go here, it’s great and exactly what we expect. The food is tasty, the portions are generous, and the employees are super nice. Whether or not we have a good experience seems to depend on what time we go. We rarely if ever go here at night because of past experiences. But otherwise, it’s a great place for lunch and their rewards program is nice.

Gnats circling my food like miniature vultures. Wife’s food not wrapped very well, and it was cold.

Entered here one late afternoon and maybe three or four other customers were seated. The dining area was nasty with food and trash on the floor. The food line staff was friendly and efficient. The serving sizes where great compared to Chipotle. Really like the fact one may get as much salsa as one needs with a variety. We sat down to eat and one of the Roadies came over and started sweeping all around us, all I could imagine is fine particles of germs floating above my salad. The food was very tasty and we left being filled just wish they would not sweep when people are eating.

My wife and I bought a bunch of bowls for dinner. We asked for extra meat and to give us a good amount of lettuce. The bowl had no meat little lettuce and hardly any beans. Worst bowl ever. Pay more to get less these days. This is why I stopped going to chipotle. Looks like I’m done with moes as well.

I’ve worked in food service most of my life but the conditions here are unacceptable. There was a used diaper underneath a table, food all over every table and the floors, trash was over flowing. It was disgusting. And I understand being busy after a rush and not having the time but it was 4 in the afternoon. I will not be eating here again.

Service was trash, Food portion was a joke. I mean dang Chipotle has my business from now on! THIS IS THE LEAST AMOUNT OF FOOD I have EVER got by the way there is meat on here but only like 6 pieces. My family and I will NOT be returning! And they are supposed to be under new management hahahaha
